I have been ordering online from this store and I think today is the last day I do so because why is the driver telling me he will not deliver where I stay,all these years I’ve had my packages delivered at my gate but today I’m told he won’t come.there is a reason we opt for online and it’s because we don’t want to go to the store.But today I’ve had it and the consultant dont even care
I made a dischem online order to pick up in store yesterday hoping it will be ready today with the experience I have with them,today I check my order is not ready after I had to email them and they said the pauyment is was not successful I had to forward them proof without them even bothering to ask and call my bank ,after that I can a message saying my order was accepted at the store chances are I won’t even be able to get it today while I have a sick child at home,so much for convenience
I made an order on the 23rd November,12 days later my order is still on order created,zero assistance when I call,I am not given an answer,they keep saying they will check
If you want to suffer make an order with makro,I’ve changed my contacts on their app multiple times but they still use my old number now I have orders coming in today and I receive failed delivery email because they keep using my old number,after i made my orde do called them and the consultant assured me that they fixed the number matter,now i am told they will have to rebook my order which is another delay on my side and they don’t even give a damn,this is where I draw the line their silly service and consultants that don’t even care is where I end this relationship,they have zero customer priority as long as they get money what happens after they don’t care
This is my second time ordering juice at Makro and on the app they say it is available,a couple of days later my order is cancelled yet when I go on the app they say the Juice is available,this is becoming tiring
My package was supposed to be delivered today,to my suprise I receive an email saying I was unreachable on the phone and my package will be sent back if I don’t respond in 24 hours,yet I didn’t receive any communication from the so called driver,this is very unprofessional and disappointing because I cancelled my things just to be home for the delivery and they lie and say I didn’t pick up their calls,customer service is soo poor and they don’t even answer their office number nor respond to emails
Ackermans online is the worst,no update,no sense of urgency,I ordered on the 24th almost a week later,my package still says in transit😫their online store is the worst
I’m a first time customer,when I orders I specified that I want my package to be delivered by aramex,now I’m being called and forced that they want to send it to postnet,at this point I am fed up because why must I be forced when I gladly specified,when u send messages they don’t even respond
I made an online order and 2 items are missing in my package
I placed an order on the 2nd,a week later I haven’t received any apdate yet they say it takes 2-4 days to deliver,I tried WhatsApp my text is not being responded to
