I am downright appalled by the recent Support Chat that I have had with one of the UberEats Support agents, who handled my query very poorly And is listed as MFaiza14 on the chat. I asked very specific questions and the agent completely ignored the questions asked, instead provided a whole list of automated responses. If I wanted to speak to a bot, I would have. The agent then resolved the ticket abruptly and I went through the portal again but dreadfully got through to the same fool, who had the nerve to give me attitude on a digital platform. I have screenshot the chat and I want someone from UberEats to contact me and advise that the way in which that agent handled my query was correct. Do they not get audited, is that why customers are so blatantly disregarded. I was very polite and even requested to speak to the Manager but to no avail. What is going on with UberEats, this is giving Bolt and MrD Food Service, which is also equally pathetic. I need a call or and email from higher management please.
I canceled my subscription months ago and they have ********ly taken R160. I emailed them and they are ignoring my emails. Bull**** **** of a company.
I went to NuMetro in Cornubia on Friday last week and I went straight to the kiosk to ask the attendant there if I could redeem my First Loyalty Plus codes to watch a 3D movie and the lady said yes. I ****en redeemed my code and went back to the kiosk, only to be told that they don't take the voucher that I have just paid for and redeemed, after asking one of your employees. I was so angry because I would have never redeemed it, had the employee not told me that I could. I went to the Manager Rajendra Reddy, who said " I don't know why she told you that", no ****en accountability for their negligence. So now I must be told to go to the Pavillion and see if they have 3D movies available...what the ****!?... I could have redeemed my vouchers at SK or Sun Coast because I had that option but I was advised incorrectly and nothing was done by your management. This is pathetic service!

Good Day, I trust you are well. I am highly appauled at the distgusting behaviour from an employee by the name of Nelisiwe Precious S (Till number 13) from Checkers Hyper in Gateway Mall today. I went to buy a a Krush juice and had to wait over 20minutes in line because Nelisiwe was too busy talking to her friends and making disrespectful remarks about us because we (the customers) were complaining amoungst ourselves that someone had cut the line. She went on to say directly to my face that it is not her problem if we got to Checkers late,we should have came earlier. I informed her that we are in a hurry to get home and she rudely tells me again that she so thats not her problem we will wait as long as she wants. I told her she is still clocked in and at work and I am not so she will be forced to give me my slip and change in the end. There were 2 other till packers with her at till number 13 around 17:00pm. I want this staff member dealt with, as that is not the service we expect from Checkers Hyper. I have informed the manager at the store who was very sympathic because I was in tears,and he informed me the matter will be dealt with but I am yet to see proof of this. There are far better people who would love to work in Checkers and not her. I will be going to Checkers Hyper tomorrow(08/07/2023) to follow up on what was done but I am livid that Checkers would hire someone who confidently tells customers its not her problem if we're in a rush,we should have came earlier like we in a blady taxi rank and she's not getting paid to do her job. I have my slip and will keep it as proof of time of this disgusting performance incase anyone wants to pull up Camera footage of this performance of your employees. I need a call and proof that something has been done to rectify this disrespectful employee who should not be working with people if it is not her problem! I need a call as soon as possible in regard to a refund for this stupid UberPass for debiting after i had requested to have it cancelled and now it's impossible to speak to anyone because this **** of a site does not what to give me the refund and/or cancellation option. I expect a call and a full refund because your company is well aware of this and this is how you ***** our money. I want this matter escalated and i expect a full refund and a call! I am deleting both Uber and UberEats,I am not supporting thia **** of a company. I will go to ICASA and you guys should explain why you make it impossible to cancel this stupid subscription that you pop on the screen so often to apply but when it comes to cancelling,I should search all hell and high waters!
I want a refund for this stupid UberPass that you make impossible to cancel and debited my money. I want it back and i have proof to show the support answers your app gives to cancel and refund DOES NOT WORK! I will be going to ICASA if I do not recieve a response for this. This is not lawful because there is no live chat or phone number to call when you take my money. I am highly upset and I have posted on facebook already as well because this is highly unacceptable! I entered a competition by posting a picture 4 weeks ago with the JAM representatives and I received a Direct Message on Instagram from JAM Clothing on 14/04/2023, stating that I have won and to please send the below details: "Good day . Congratulations you have won a R500 JAM voucher for our Jambassodor tour. Please confirm your nearest JAM store, full name and surname, email address and contact number" I responded back to the Direct Message with the requested details on 15/04/2023. Since then , I have been following up and jsyt getting automated messages. I went to the JAM Clothing Store in the Cresent and she just told me to wait without even escalating or looking further into my query. I expect a response from JAM and not the automated messages. I feel ****med into promoting a business that does not uphold to their promises. -Why is no one getting back to me? -Who is responsible for handling the Istagram account? -What is the expected wait time when winning a competition from JAM Clothing? Good day, I trust you are well. Kindly be advised I am highly disappointed and upset that I purchased 2 Sir Juice products on a 50% off sale. The best before date is for 11/03/2023 and I was disgusted to find that a business like FoodLovers is selling things like this to customers on Sale! That juice was fermented and tasted nothing like the brand I was paying for. I have images and proof of purchase to provide as this is unacceptable. Is this business scamming clients with sales to get rid of something that is clearly not edible. I need a response as soon as possible! Please assist? Kind regards Hope Nsibande
