They advertise Xiaomi Redmi 15C for R2799 and the Redmi 15C 5G for R2299. I'm wanted to buy the the Redmi 15C 5G but when I add it to the cart, the price goes to R2799. I contacted customer service by email and they said it was an error and cannot assist me about it. I was disappointed and hurt. I went to Edgars Kollonade Mall in Pretoria and the cellphone consultant was friendly and welcoming. She explained all the phones on special and I was impressed by her professionalism. I informed her about the mistake Edgars did on line about swooping picture on the Redmi 15C and the Redmi 15 C 5G and the pricing mixing up and she couldn't help me because it was an online error and not the store. I ended up buying the Redmi 15C 5G for R2799 and my budget was R2299 as it was and still advertised online. I really feel like customer service didn't treat me fair and made me pay for the mistake and confusion caused by the store.
As I was suppose to recieve my parcel today (Tracking no: 2G0002078418), the driver called me around 09:38 and told me that he was in my area and he now left. So I should come collect the parcel at a complex about 11km away from me. My question is why didn't he come to my address to come deliver the parcel? Why must he call first when he is in my area? I recieve deliveries all the time at my address but the conduct of this particular driver is unacceptable. How would I get to his desired complex to collect my parcel about 11km away from my home? There is no professionalism at all.
I only skipped last month premium and my policy was cancelled. After 15 years with them. I wrote an email to seek clearance and understanding and I was only called thus afternoon to be told that I should visit the branch if I have a problem. I'm at work and can't go to the branch now. My policy no: FF4134392291 and it was a funeral cover that I joined in 2010 and later Momentum Life transferred our funeral policy to Metropolitan. Reference no for the complain is 258577234 and the other one is 28577580. I believe I was unfairly treated because I have been paying their premiums in time for the past 15 years
I submitted a claim for a funeral benefit on thursday morning and I have not recieved a call from Metropolitan about my claim. We buried my sister yesterday and i could not even contribute and assist financialy because my claim was not paid and I am not told anything. What is the purpose of funeral insurance if it is paid in time to arrange the funeral? I have had this funeral policy for more than 10 years now but im disappointed and hurt and feel humiliated by Metropolitan on how they handle claim, I want to cancel this policy with them and demand all my 11 years contributions
Good day I made an online application for black Friday 2 devices special on the 1st of December and I'm still waiting for consultant to call me back. I received a confirmation sms on the 2nd and 3rd of December that a consultant will call me but still no call. I called the customer service the whole week and still no body from online application called me to finalize my order. Despite calling customer service on many occasions last week, there is no change and still no assistance. I am truly disappointed and hurt
Good morning....I'm stressed and I do not know what to do. I had a FNB personal loan account that was handed over to collections attorneys. They offered me 70% discount to settle which is extremely once in a life time offer which amounts to R16800. The problem is that I do not have that amount. I borrowed from friends and family until I get R12500, which is what I could get in 2 weeks. So I called fnb to try and ask them if I can settle the account for R12500 and they said I can't, I pleaded with collections agency and they also said I can't. I'm now the only one working because my wife is now unemployed due to covid. End of this month I need to start paying off friend and family member for their R12500 loan but fnb doesn't want me to settle with that amount. Who at fnb can I call or which manager can I call to pour my heart to? I borrowed that money because I didn't want to loose the 70% settlement offer

Good Afternoon I am a nandos fan and I have been in many Nandos stores in Gauteng. The food and staff are outstanding. This week alone, I have been at Nandos Silverton three times already and the staff is always friendly and professional. They always make you feel welcome and happy. The money I spend at Nandos every month is worth it because it feels like I am at home when I am at Nandos Silverton.
