I have been trying to cancel my MTN month-to-month contract for 2 weeks now, and they keep bouncing me from pillar to post between the call centre and the branch(MTN Beacon Bay - Retail). They are delaying the process, and now I will be billed again

Worst experience, Battery Fix and Solar sell the worst batteries. I bought a reconditioned battery them 2 weeks ago and it didnt work. They refused to refund, insisting that I should send the battery to them while I'm based in East London. The courier cost will cost me almost the same amount as the purchase price. I'm so disappointed

During the upgrade process, I was not informed about the early upgrade device fees, which has resulted in unexpected charges. Every month, our phones are locked, and we have to visit the store to resolve the issue. I have been told that the account is in arrears due to the two months' device fees. However, upon calculating the device fees, I found that they are less than the amount I am owing. I kindly request your assistance in: 1. Clarifying the breakdown of the R2537.61 arrears amount 2. I called in for psychological help and was given a date via sms to see psychologist on the 26 October 2021 and then on Wednesday 25th October 2021 I received a call from Yanga Khuboni (Psychologist) telling me that I missed my appointment and then she reschedule my appointment to today 30th of October. When I arrived she was so unprofessional she forced me to have a session with 2 counselors at the same time. She kept on rushing me and had no time to assist. When I made an appointment I told her that I will be coming with my daughter whom she need assistance as well and she agreed and today she told me that she was too busy, She stated that she won't see her. She kept on answering her phone in the middle of the session and kept on rushing me. Where on earth are you being assisted by 2 councilors at the same time. I ordered fibre line on 21th of January 2021. I was told that the installer will contact me no one has contacted me until now when I contact them via The webafrica whatsapp line is inefficient! It took over a day and still no response each time I contact them. Even at 7am when they open they claim to have high volumes.
Last night I took my son to the Netcare Kingsway Hospital, He was attended by the doctor who made it clear that doctor did he had a serious condition but instead he was not admitted and we were given Urologist's card and told to contact him directly, Because its a weekend my son has to suffer from pains the whole weekend while we are waiting for the Urologist's appointment. Due to him not being admitted while he is suffering. In 2014 My daughter had a severe asthma attack and again she was not admitted, I had to take her to JMH Isipingo Hospital and she was admitted on the spot. Everytime I seek for medical help at Kingsway Hospital I don't get any assistance. I guest that as much as I stay in the area I have to find other alternative hospitals
