Dear Sir/Madam, I trust this message finds you well. I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the quality of the blinds installed in my unit (Unit E, 19 Satellite Drive, Ikwezi Park). I logged a maintenance request (Ref: M2817) highlighting that the blinds provided are of inferior quality and appear to be fragile, as they continue to break under normal conditions. Upon observing other units within the complex, I noted that different, more durable blinds have been installed elsewhere. This inconsistency raises concerns about fairness and standardization, especially considering the rental value we are expected to meet. I was further disappointed by the response received, indicating that I would be liable for the replacement costs. I would like to respectfully highlight that the damage is not due to negligence, as I do not have children and the breakages have occurred under unavoidable conditions such as strong winds. It is my view that the issue stems from substandard materials rather than tenant misuse. Additionally, I believe routine maintenance inspections should proactively identify and address such concerns to ensure all fixtures remain in acceptable condition. I kindly request that this matter be escalated and reviewed, and that a fair resolution be provided, including the replacement of the current blinds with a more durable alternative consistent with other units. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated, as the situation has caused considerable frustration.
Good morning, I called in on Friday to cancel my funeral cover and the gent I spoke too said I will received a call from someone else to help me cancel my policy. I got numerous calls already from clientele but on my true caller it's labeled as ****!! The gent I spoke was not even making sense and he said if I want to cancel I should call in. I mean what is going on???????? I am beyond ****ed. I even sent an email on Monday no one rep****!!!!! Hi Team, I need someone who will be able to assist me. I called on the 27th of November 2025 to cancel my Sim card data contract that was going to expire on the 27th of December 2025 and the gentle I spoke too informed me that during that time they have a black Friday data deal for 100g at night and during the day. So I decided to call call c today because he said my data should kick in by today and these nothing and the lady I spoke to today said my data contract was never canceled and it's very much active!!!! Today I went to KFC mandalay to buy something and I always use the drive through but it's always a problem but the staff sometimes don't even advise you that you will have to wait for 7 or 8 mins for your meat.. That is basic customer service !!!!! The lady who served us was sooo rude and she did not even apologize when she was giving us our food . She throw it to us like we animals ....
