I've been paying R400 for my Dstv account, I now pay 480 rands for what I dont know ,they decided to put an extra 80rands to my account I tried calling them I spoke to a robot I hung up, I tried their WhatsApp line still it sucks it is the Most unhelpful and useless thing one can rely on, the Chat robot answers to something that you never asked, I then checked for my subscription so I can make cancelation unfortunately there's no any unknown subscription. So the question is why I am now paying 480rands for my account and who agreed to that amount? It has been 3 months now, so I'm sick of ****s and I'm not prepared to be entertaining one especially from the Dstv
I won with 2 numbers yesterday and the Amount was 1210rands then my bank sent me 4rands they are the biggest ****mers and liers I've ever seen , I wasn't given the right amount I won , and I even called Capitec Bank after I've called ithuba looks like the Bank and the Lottery are besties at ****ming the Guy I spoke to from Capitec said there's and error and they are still trying to fix it until now my money has not been deposited and it's not the first time they do this🚮🚮🚮🤬
I bought my phones at Game stores in Groblersdal both of my phone are a contract from Vodacom, my phones are Apple iPhone 12 since the day I bought the phone they have been having a crashing issue,both of them so I complained to the store and explained that I use lots of petrol money to go to Game stores in Groblersdal since I'm a bit far from the place, I even complained that why are they even crashing because they are still new , they told me it was a factory fault and that I must bring them back for some fixage I did exactly that after a few months the other one crashed and I called complained again they told me to call Vodacom of which I did and I was tired to do, I stopped paying for the account because I cannot be paying for something that the store cannot fix for me , they blocked both the sincerest and both phone which was very low for them to do so after the other phone has died completely, it has been dead for 8 months and I haven't paid a cent because it is very tiring to be paying for something that is not even helping me ,the phone died and then im expected to pay 1050rands for the phones each month but they are not working that ain't fair and I won't be doing to my self, I then called vodacom explained the issue that im having regarding both phones ,they told me to go and give back the phones so they fix them it is really tiring doing the same things every after 2 months and im expected to pay an amount that only benefit the store and still drain my personal life, I use close to a 1000 for petrol going there imagine if I have to go there every after a month to pay for something and then have to pay for the account? The store decided to send me lawyers so I can settle my bill i asked them why must I pay for something that I do not gain from and is not even working that was the last time I got a call from them ,I sent tons of emails and then they send the robot tobi to reply to our emails what a joke and what kind of some games is vodacom playing with their customers? I need to get the phone fixed and settle for my bills but how I am going to do that while the store doesn't put an end to the phone crashing issue?
Hi , I canceled my plan last Month and it was Mid month I called the business and their line does not go through, I then sent them an email saying I have to cancel the plan due to personal issues I'm facing at home, I explained to them that I had lost my job and I now a stay at home so I won't be able to continue with policy because I need the Money to pay some of my kids school fees it was my personal problem but because I had to make them understand where I'm coming from , we agreed that my policy has been canceled today morning I received an sms saying R2060 Rands has been debited from my account into their business? How is that possible now because I canceled before even starting with the policy now I want my money back and all of it suddenly their lines are no longer working. How do they debit money whereas I've canceled their policy isn't that a **** ? I want my money back and every cent of it today before sunset we never agreed to this nonsense
Hello I have been sending tons of emails since the last year around August the latest, the people took long to respond to my emails and they gave me a ring they promised to sort out my problems as soon as possible, it February the 23rd today still got no proper response from them , I sent and email in December they told me that they only have one assessor and that assessor is still busy with my investigation, I tried again to contact their office they only rep**** once and told me to at least give them a week so they can gather all the information I need from them and what I need to know it is the end of full two weeks but still got nothing from them I even asked whether should I go there in person maybe their help would be different and much more easier for us all, I still got no response until today they are very quiet and not helpful at all , how do they help the rest or other people? Their investigation took 7months and yet I haven't got any response like really ? They treat us like **** and they are not helping at all
Hello in 2021 I paid for the Outsurance policy along the line My dates of payment got mixed in some way, my policy with them lapsed and it was the End of it I tried calling their head office the Man answered and told me I am not going to get any Cash back from them but when I started to pay the Policy they promised to give me my cash back if I loose interest into their business , so what I want to know is how are they going to solve this whole things because I paid a lot of money for them not to be able to pay me back, I wasted 10 months of My money only for it to be Chowed by their Company hello No I want my Money Back every cent so I can go elsewhere to pay for my life insurance and policies they treat nicely and smooth talk you into joining but when its time for them to pay you back they have silly questions and answers on things they already know about so help I want my Money back, how is it simple for them to deduct the Money from me and not easy enough to pay me back the very same money they took from me, I was given ****ty treatment to be honest so I want my money back s
Hello since the year 2022 i have been paying my life insurance at Assupol and we had our Agreed dates on which they should debit , they skipped a day and a Month My Insurance lapsed somehow I could not get hold of them,I even tried sending messages on their whatsapp number but the Autochat is just exhausting, so like they promised me my cash back since I cannot carry on where I left as our agreement I would love them give me my money Back so I go to the next Service for my insurance, their services are annoying they don't answer to any of our calls and never respond to any of my emails. So I need my cash back they should do the Counting and The Money I was paying they must make the Calculations and send it back to me. I am enough with their bad service
Hello I bought my iPhone12 at game stores in Groblersdal limpopo this year in April since then it has been giving me problems it crashes all the time and the sim card is not working in the Phone I took it back to the store for more than five times now and instead of them giving me a new one they took the one that is always giving me problems to some technician to get it fixed, it has been three weeks now without the phone and I am being send messages to pay for my monthly installment on time . My question is how do I pay for something that is not working and for something that I don't have with at the moment? I have been treated badly so far and they never come up with a solution to fix my situation all they do they just tell me that I have to wait for them to call me and I should come for collection . I need a new phone and I won't be paying for something that I don't have with me now they are not helping at all . When will I ever get a new phone that has no problems at all and a phone that gives me no problems why can't they make it simple for us all and save us so much time and the energy?? I use petrol to go there and the petrol expenses are too high for me I pay a lot to go all the way to Groblersdal and to be treated like a fool. I hate their service it is bad I Don't want to lie
Hi I opened my account since 2021 and have been paying for the account in a good way have never had any problems regarding my payments, Mr price gave me a sim card from the their store and the sim card has not been working I called for cancelation the made me wait 40 minutes on the call and they did not help me they usually take R99 from each time I pay for the account and my money is always going up not down, pay right on time now I asked them for my refund because I pay for the sim card each month but it is not working since the day I started to pay for the account my refund should R2000 or more counting from 2021 until up to date how am I suppose to pay another amount of money while they owe me so much and not helping? I want my money back so I pay for their account and close it I no longer want to be their customer please help in this case
