Don't buy Bluetti
Bought an inverter which doesn't work. Bluetti does not respond to emails and has no contact number.

Selling ***** products.
Bought an inverter from Makro. It was not as advertised as the plugs were not South African. It is locked by some pay to go software. I am having to phone all around the country looking for a supplier that has an unlock code.

Can't get your money out.
I cannot withdraw my funds. Despite having my account verified and ricad when I try do a withdrawal I get an unknown error. Emails to customer service go unanswered. Very easy to deposit money in but apparently very difficult to get it out.

From hero to zero.
Takealot used to be the go to online shopping site. Lately prices seem to be going up compared to other sites and delivery is getting slower and slower. You used to except delivery about two days after placing your order. Now that's about a week. That's if all items are listed as in stock. I'd hate to know how long 5-7 days takes.

Great service
Brilliant online ordering experience. My parcel was shipped out quickly and was kept up to date with it's progress. There was a mix up with my order but Safari Outdoor immediately dispatched the remainder of my order. Very happy.

Avoid at all costs.
Do not do business with Laptop Mechanic. Part did not arrive on time. Emails and whatsapps go unanswered and phone calls don't get answered. When you do finally speak to someone they are rude and unhelpful. Then to top it off once the part finally did arrive it was found to be faulty.

Definitely not We Sell Cars
Trying to buy a car from We buy cars is proving to be impossible. Three online enquiries and a phone call have all gone unanswered over the course of a week. The only person I've managed to speak to will not provide me with the quote required by my bank. Only seems interested in getting me to use their finance department and to sign an offer to purchase and pay a holding deposit.

Lost package
Courier Guy have lost my package. I was eventually informed after following up with them multiple times that someone else had come to their depot and taken my package along with their own. They have no delivered someone else's package to me.
