I logged a review earlier this week. Was called and promised a refund on amounts paid post cancellation by the 7th. I naively deleted the review post the managers call. Again, cancelled my policy 14th July and still waiting for my refund!
Cancelled the Insurance with them on 14 July 2025, still waiting for the money I paid post 14th for their premium to be refunded back to me! Seriously how long can this take? Or is it a case of, don’t ask don’t yet refunded???
Credit Card fees debited: R34.00 6 Jan 2025, R34.00 26 Feb 2025, R34.00 + R34.00 25 March 2025, Reversal x1 R34.00 26 March AND again debited R34.00 31 March 2025 - by my calculations FNB owes a credit/reversal of another R34.00 ... KINDLY ADVISE ASAP!
Ordered for the 2nd time this month.. 1st time delivery was super slow. Thought I might have given them a unfair shake.. reordered.. even worse.. delivery took 5 days again! Got a message it will be before 5pm.. nope! Packed in a box and all of the stuff in there was not frizen anymore.. in fact it was barely colder then room temperature. Do yourself a favor.. order elsewhere. The nr supplies on the delivery confirmation is never answered!
Seriously Sick and tired of their annual rerate notifications! Don’t get me wrong I know insurance medical aid etc etc increases annually. BUT why does Outsurance increase your basic excess amounts along with the premium! If you look at it realistically, they “charge” more BUT cover (or pay out) less.. so a win win for them both ways!?
One star is too much honestly! Online shopping is suppose to be convenient and easy AND QUICK! Bought some stuff online as a gift.. today I need to go shopping for that gift because this useless company can’t pack and organise a pick up in store in a week.. seriously!
These guys confiem personal details.. incorrectly. Debit order details correctly. Install their unit, damage your vehicle. Once you complain they send a senior tech to check the other techs work. Promise you the unit is fine.. show u that the car is also electronically sound after. Promise to report, order and come and replace the panel damaged or broken en NOTHING HAPPENS AFTER. This has happened 7 and 10 June and I am still waiting for the promised repair! But my debit orders are good enough.. no issues taking my money
Your technician just finished an install in my 2016 Polo and broke the A pillar panel on the driver side.. please advise?
On the 7th of February 2024 I logged a cancellation request online. Fast forward to 1 April and the cancellation is still pending on the site?? reference 76909881
How does one get this damn company and their service providers to stop calling! I have now been declining their obligation free quote on a daily basis for a week straight now! And if you ask the person who calls to remove you of the ****ing list all they do is drop the call! If this is how prospective customers are treated why in hell would I change to you at all? REMOVE ME FROM YOUR CONTACT LIST AS YOU ARE NOW IN BREACH OF THE POPI ACT!
