Its always a struggle to get through to registrations. Botshelo and Lerato don't respond to emails, neither do they answer calls. You request something they send you something else. The registration process is just a nightmare. However, If you call and Siyabonga Magagula picks up your phone, just know he will do his best to assist. He went above and beyond to help with me with all the information I required and all the help I needed for registration, he even tried to get Lerato and Botshelo to attend to my request even though they sent me wrong information still. At Siyabonga, I appreciate your service and your dedication in ensuring we get assisted correctly. 10 stars from me, I wish everyone understood the importance of assisting students and you do. Keep it up!!!!!!!
Great, and friendly service from Siyabonga Magagula. He was really helpful and took his time to explain everything and helped with my modules selection as I had received an incorrect quotation.
Worst service provider ever. I want all my premiums back so i can get other service providers to help me with my case. I log a case with them almost 3 months back, nothing has been done on my case they keep making stupid excuses and asking me to re-open my case. Useless bunch of *****s!
The manager atv kaalfontein meatworld is very rude and arrogant. He sells products that are about to expire, when you complain he says it's non of his business, it's either you buy or you don't. He is very arrogant. If meatworld can't service customers correctly they should just close that shop. Respect customers. We can't be consuming expired good that are sold in bulk. The store is dirty. Management is terrible no customer service at all
They continue to harrass me even after I sent them my paid up letter from home choice. They keep insisting I owe them. The invoice I received from homechoice and my paid up letter confirms I settled my account. I am so tired of these people. I don't know what they want from me and I will end up taking legal action.
I upgraded my contract with MTN, I was not happy with the device, so I returned it to the mtn shop the same day I received it. I was debited for that phone. So now I can't move on, and I should just expect to be debited for a phone I don't have with me. A phone I cancelled. I hate MTN
Pathetic. I cancelled a phone same day i got from them. I have since been waiting for feedback. Each time i call its a different story. The agent says she will transfer me to someone and then cuts my call. I returned the phone on the 26th of August the same day I got it. They debited my account. What cant they just cancel so we can all move on with our lives. Agents are rude. I want to replace this phone but now I cant because of this dragging cancellation that i have to constantly beg for. Looking for a contract. Dont consider them!
I upgraded my contract in September 9 2022 for a 36 month contract. My contract is due for upgrade now I'm being told I took a phone in December. They want me to for 39 months 🚮🚮🚮****mers, they don't check their information and forget that we customers still have visibility of what transpired. I regret being a MTN loyal customer over the years🚮🚮🚮
