This must be the worst courier company ever! No contact details in Port Elizabeth, you phone the help line and they cant assist! They say their hands are toed when it comes to Port Elizabeth delivery and they get hundreds of calls and complaints DAILY she says. I have complained on numerous social media platforms, and to the company that has sent their parcel via them to please band this company from ever delivering my stuff again!!!! Its been here in PE for ever and made sure i was home to receive it. How on earth is tgis company even still operating. It has 100000000 of bad reviews all over!
How can this courier even still be open??? Worst service ever! Never pick up their phones, parcel literally lying at the PE depo for days now!!!!!! And they just won't deliver it, even after I finally got hold of them.... empty promises! This company shouldn't be aloud to operate
Parcel has been on town for days!!! 1st excuse, the driver ran out of time, 2nd excuse the driver was put on a different route, 3rd excuse directly from driver, cant get there in time, I'm jam packed and can't promise anything. They are aslo much more expensive and almost impossible to get hold of, and extremely poor service. I didn't get t choose the courier company, but this is definitely not one I would recommend!!!!!!
I can't believe i attempted to use this place again!!! With the hopes it will actually work. I placed an order and over an hour, still wasn't even picked up. Now its all closed, no one can help, they have my money, no food and i have a hungry sick child that only asked for McDonald's!!!!! I needed this food desperately! And then you can't even get your money back to buy something else somewhere else.. because i will take A WEEK to be transferred back!!!!!!!! PATHETIC SERVICE FROM MR D!!!!!!!! Then when you email, whats app.. all says its not in business hours!!! SO MANY USE THIS SERVICES AFTER 5PM!!!!! NO ANSWERS OR REPLIES, NO FOOD OR MONEY!!!
Been waiting for almost an hour, and still no delivery, received an email saying order accepted, then i get a sms saying that the order is canceled and my money will be refunded up to 14 DAYS!!!!!!!!! I NEEDED FOOD DELIVERED!!!! and now i don't have enough for a new delivery!!!! Didn't even give me another change to opt for someone to collect it! What awful service is this???? Why have a delivery system, say its open, but have no service at all????
Such poor service!!!!!!! I placed an order on the 28th of NOVEMBER ALREADY. Was notified that nothing i ordered was in stock and will have to receive a refund. Its now 16 days later!!! No toys or refund!!!!!!!! No any reply on emails for 7 days now!!!!!
I dont even want to give 1 star! Worst service ever! I plan my day and finally get off to go to the mtn store IN BAYWEST Port Elizabeth, and they are closed!!!!!!!! For prayer and there are othe culturesthat work there that are not part of it that couldof assisted for the 10000 time!!!!! Then asked them to phone me back, and they said they cant cos the lady that is assisting me(3rd one) with a black friday upgrade isn't there!!! This is sooooo pathetic! BE VERY CAREFUL AND THINK 2CE WHEN TAKING OUT A CONTACT WITH MTN!! you might regret it in the long run!!!!!!! And when your contract is finished and no longer want it, they even charge you a cancelation fee... i told them im not canceling, my contact is finished. I just don't want to renew it. They told me i still have to pay that fee!!! No matter what! This cost me renewing it, and its been a week of endless promises and problems. Its not even for a device or anything. Just a dat upgrade on my existing contact!!!! Now they are charging me FULL PRICE FOR MINIMAL DATA. because my contract is now finished and has reverted to the old details from 2 years ago. I will NOT PAY THIS. As this is the *********** service of Mtn's fault and poor service!
I can't even believe i must even give makro online even 1 star!!!! Its been almost 2 months now with hundreds of emails (no replies or only automated replies) i have sent new emails with screen shots where they reply once and i have sent back numerous emails over courses of weeks, with not 1 reply!!!! Then if you phone, you wait for hours on hold, and waist hundreds of rand on airtime only for *********** people on the otherside to NEVER help. All you get is an email with a ticket number that has been logged and NOTHING comes of it, EVER!no phone calls, no emails, no response!!!!!!! CAN ANYONE ON HERE THAT HAS THE SAME ISSUE PLEASE GET TOGETHER SO WE CAN TAKE THEM LEGALLY ON..... as I have now seen I am not alone. Soooooo many people sitting with the same issue! So many excuses, like my order going missing or the return supplier, THAT IS NOT MAKRO THEM SELVES, is still in progress to review returned items for 2 months now!!! Yes I am not kidding, makro online has nothing to do with makro but are 3rd party shops that are ****s!!!!! And the makro just shuds a shoulder when it comes to refunds!!! I have all proof and screenshots and images of the products and the "incorrect online prices " that macro took my money for but then are to *********** to refund when they cancel the order THEM SELVES! And I placed 1 order and came in 6 INDIVIDUAL PARCELS FROM VARIUOS SHOPS THAT ARE NOT MAKRO !!! Frustration and anger is an understatement of the 2 months I have been struggling with. I am now going public and social media and legal to get back my money, THIS IS FIGHT THAT WILL NOW GET UGLY. I HAVE A FEW NAMES FOR MAKRO, AND MAKRO IS NOT 1 OF THEM!!!!
I placed an order with Makro online, and true to say, its the worst nightmare!!!! You don't get replies, and if you do get an email, it says they have to many emails to get through, my 1 order is coming in 7, YES 7 different parcels, some have come, others haven't even been processed and its been soooooo long. No one can tell me where my stuff is. The stuff that came was broken, glued and some of them were used second hand ring watches with shoe glue on! And trying to get refunds is impossible, because it all has to be done online and via email, the same email they can't reply to because they are to busy. Makro online is not all Makro!!!! Be careful. There are ****s on there and trying to get your stuff or money back.... its endless fight. Instore wont help, they LITERALLY WALK AWAY and say, we don't have anything to do with online... email them. I have done that days ago and still no answers!!!!
