This is the worse panel beater to take your car for repairs to and let me explain ,Firstly they take on a Job and afterwards they tell you they are not qualified to perform the repairs however they proceed . My car interior went to them in 100% working condition and after confirming the car is fix and ready for collection you will get a car back with more defaults that you can imagine ,dashboard lights on steering wheel buttons not working due to bad workmanship and you will be liable for the expenses as the insurance will advise you it is not part of the accident . After collecting my car it was not even driving 10KM the Car left my family stranded next to the road for hours and had to be collected by the panel Beaters . They always blame everyone but them self for bad workmanship and cant take ownership or accountability for their own actions and ones you raise another fault that was not on the Car they will check the cameras. My car was in for 7 months and no tense of Urgency and with 1/2 tank of fuel you will get it back empty like me and not to mention the battery is also my fault now . Try to contact them is the same as trying to get through to a Government Organization (forget it)
I have been a member of Flexi Club member number 044697 for over 20 years now and i am a 72 year old pensioner and unable to travel and contacted Flexi club to cancel my contract as i cant travel anymore and cant afford the ridiculous annual fee of over R18000.00 per year for holidays. i have been informed they refuse to pay the balance out to my bank account and need to make a booking to utilize the funds left in the club otherwise i will lose over R40K including my points . I didnt see anything in the contract that i have signed since i joined flexi Club that ones i cancel i will not get the funds back and would like Flexi Club to show me the clause in my contract where i have signed for indicating no payout will take place and force to use all the funds and points . Courierit delivered my FNB card and refused to give it to me without a COPY of my ID , how do they still expect people working from home to have a copy of their ID with them? and after contacting the supervisor ( Willson) he said it is an instruction from FNB. Why will FNB request a copy as they do have my information on the system ? , where is the POPI act being in place ? All companies are going digital and have the equipment to take a photo on a device of your ID exept Courierit!!!!!!!!
what a use department .. spoken to Lindiwe and aslo send her several emails including their account department as when i made bookings last year they deducted the funds from the incorrect year date and not rectifying the error. Lindiwe promised she will get back to me and no suprise NO FEEDBACK and now i need to make a booking before the end of December in order not to lose the cash for the year.
about 4 months ago an un-authorized dt order goes off my bank account and returned it , a month later I received a call form VVM stating my account have been handed over . I told them I have never opened any accounts online and it fraud and been told to get an affidavit from the SAP together with a copy of my ID and send it to them. It was done the following day , I have made several calls to VVM and every time I get told they are still busy investigating the matter however I need to hold on the short end as I have been listed on ITC and cant apply for anything ….. VVM service is totally pathetic to say the least and been told several times they will contact me and yes still waiting. I need this issue resolved before end of today and need to be contacted on 083 555 9323 and have my name clear from ITC as I will not be paying a company that don't do their homework prior before opening a online account for any TOM **** and HARRY.... My ref number with VVM is 310658171
My car was repaired in 2012 for hail damage and suddenly the roof started to crack, contacted miway and first been informed i need to take the car back to the panelbeaters after they have been closed down and had to contact Miway about 5 times to have an accessor to have the car send to another panelbeater and car was sent to Bredren Autobody since the 1 April 2019 , after 2 weeks received the first SMS stating the car is being stripped and up to date more than a month later the roof is still inline to be painted. Miway set up an conference call with the panelbeaters and the "Floor Manager" just say they are doing me and Miway a favour to have the car repaired!!!!!!Bad service from Miway as i have spoken to Lerato on progress and been informed i will receive a call back and i had to contact Miway ones again this morning to do a follow up, they are fast to deduct the monthly payment off your account but when it comes to customer service it is unacceptable
received a phone call from my father informing me i have been handed over to VVM for not paying my TV license , how could a company like VVM not follow the POPPI act and discussing my account with the TV licence with another person how do they confirm they are speaking to the correct person. I didnt even received any notifications from the TV license department to renew it and according to law before someone can be handed over they need to inform them 3 times and i havent even been informed ones. Spoke to team leader Dion that will do a follow up and contact me back
How do provide service when when you dont even get a reminder for the TV licence renewal and got a phone call from my father informing me the debt collectors VVM contact him and discussing my personal information with him and he is not even the account holder how do they follow the POPPI act , i didnt even received 3 notifications from the TV licence informing me of the renewal and according to law i cant be handed over.
i pay my water and lights statement always on time but some how ekurhuleni takes more than 2 weeks to update their records, i have payed the water and lights account on the 31 August 2015 and to my schock received a final notice of payment not received on the 2 September 2015 as any electronic payment only takes up to 48 hours to reflex in their account . i took the time and waited as ussual 2 hours in the que just to get told by a consultant \ if you dont pay its not his fault "i tried to explain to them i have paid and even provided proof of payment plus my bank statement that the payment has been made but no luck it seems like they are in charge there and not to assist to try find out as to if there is a delay on their side but NO its easier for them not to assist.The same incedint took place in June 2015 when i payed on the 29 June 2015 but they only credit my account on the 16 July 2015.If they cant cope to update their records they should employee staff than can assist and not to shunt the consumer around"
to my shock an amount of R942 went off my bank account on the 30 May 2015 i contacted telkom mobi and have been informed by the consultant Mandy Cele i have opend an cell phone contract on the 28 April 2015 by the call centre, the more i explained to them its fraud the more they looking for exuces. I forward all the documents they required from me and submitted it on the 1st of June 2015. Every second day i need to phone Telkom Mobi and ones again nobody can help me, i spoke to a so called MANAGER that cleary dont understand and inform me the hole time it will take 21 working days to resolve the problem \ WHAT SERVICE WHERE "i have been issued a case number 16936004 "
