My Sinotec TV broke. It was still under the manufacturers warranty. It took them probably about 3 weeks for them to come and collect the TV. The have now closed the job and I still have not received my TV back 2 and half months later. I've logged calls on their site. Called most days and no response. I wouldn't by another TV from Sinotec.

<p>Struggling with getting my modem hooked up and keep getting cut off after 12 minutes. It also shouldn't take so long in any case.</p>

<p>I've very disappointed in axxess. I've put in an order for Fibre at least a month ago. I've been waiting patiently and eventually when the fibre is installed there is no modem available.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had paid for the modem more than a month ago so I'm not sure why one couldn't be kept.</p> <p> </p> <p>Also they promised me by Wednesday I would have the modem but didn't bother calling me to tell me it wouldn't arrive.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is not good service.</p>
Bought a trampoline and one of the pieces broke. M5 were very professional in repairing it and keeping me informed as to when they would come look at it. SMS'd a couple of days before and phoned me an hour before coming. <br> <br> This is how it should be done.<br> <br> The people who came out were also very friendly and helpful. <br> <br> Thank you for your professionalism.<br>
Hi, <br> <br> I've previously had an issue with the colour of a couch. Now the second time around they delivered 2 different colour couches. Once again I understand mistakes happen. <br> <br> Yet since the incident (24th of Decemeber) nobody has phoned me.and told me when the factory would be able rectify the mistake. Tired of MTN's attitude. They dug up my lawn to lay the fibre and damage the whole lawn. <br> <br> They did the bare minimum in fixing it and it looks terrible. <br> <br> I'm tired of their attitude. I want this fixed tomorrow.
You are currently laying fibre in River Club. You are damaging with lawns and when I ask people to fix it they don't,.<br> <br> This is a service that I would like to use but your complete lack of service and bad attitude means I won't.<br> <br> I want my front lawn fixed.<br> <br>
They are laying fibre internet in our area and digging up our front lawns. The guys damaged my irrigation system which I don't mind. As long as they fix it. <br> I informed the forman (Riccardo) who was supposed to meet me at 12.30 and just didn't pitch. He tracked him down and he said he would look at it. Still nothing.<br> He then laughs about it when my wife drives past him. <br> Firstly tell me if you break my stuff. Secondly tell me how you are going to fix it and when. I'm very upset and you are going to lose a client who wants fibre broadband but won't support this sort of attitude.
