My account is paid up since March 2025. However my phone is still not activated to make calls from other SIM cards. I was told that think Adam app status should show end and then I am able to make calls. However from 2025 until now I am still unable to use my phone for personal use. I regret choosing you and I will not recommend anyone to use your services
My husband was involved in a car accident on the 3rd of April 2025. The paramedics came and took him to Botshelong hospital in Vosloorus. The service we received there is so pathetic and unacceptable. They took blood tests and gave him and drip. Not to mention them prescribing stilpane for pain and not even recommended X-rays to see if there is more damage. Speaking about hygiene, the triage centre was so cluttered. He was discharged around 1am. I’m now taking him to another hospital where he wil get full attention. I’m really disappointed that private health care can treat patients like this. I do not recommend anyone to go there unless they want to loose their lives. I’m really worried about what more could happen to our loved ones in that health space. The staff attitude takes the cup. I definitely have the right to say that Botshelong is a wast of money and time.
Hi Bradlows, Managers and Exec. I trust you are all well. I would like to bring a matter on hostility in your work place by one of your staff members (2IC) at Tsakane Mall. My Sister in law was employed by bradlows a few months back and has been working there till date. I would like to believe that the labour relations and BCEA is in place and the store has to drive diversity and inclusion despite our race, color and also are religion. My Sister in law has been given a tough time by the 2IC who is standing in for the Manager (Jaque) who is currently on leave. She is currently undergoing a spiritual process, which is not interferring with her current day to day work productivity. She was call by the lady (Madisha)/ (Madishe) today before her knock off time, to tell her that she needs to take days off until she is done with her initiation process. The reason is as I quote "They don't feel productive" when my sister in law is around, "They can't collate stats", "They feel uncomfortable around her because she is wearing beads" and the one that takes the cup, " I have been feeling sick lately since she has been around". I would like to believe that these speculations need to be proven with no reasonable doubt and act in the favor of humility. I do not observe that when it comes to that store. This is ************ according to the labour relations and the BCEA. Also not excuding the bill of rights, we all have the right to employment despite our color, race and religion. I deeply am disappointed by these actions and verbal notice that was given to my sister in law (It needs to be in writing). I request that this attention is drawn to the stakeholder, Shareholder and the executive at large. We need this dealt with internally and I belive that Bradlows does not want it's name at disrepute because of staff members who do not understand BCEA. Internal investigation should be conducted and appropriate actions should be taken for Tribalism and ************ because of freedom of choice, religion and spirituality. We look forward to receiving feedback on this matter.
Hi There, I need a clear explanation of what is happening with my claim. I submitted my claim on the 8th of September 2024. Till date I have not received any communication except for me calling in and holding on for hours before I get false information. I was told that it takes upto 20 working days. On the 22nd of September I received an email for supporting documents which I did send on the same day. I am now told that the 20 working days waiting period starts afresh from when the supporting documemts have been received. When I called on the 7th I was told that the claim has passed verification and will now be sent Tax application, Today I am told that there is still a manual verification undergoing and only when it done it will be sent for TAX application. I spoke to the Team Leader Nothemba and Agent by the name of Thulisile. Please assist with giving me a clear way forward on what needs to happen. When I want to cancel the claim I am told that I cannot cancel or amend the claim. This is so frustrating to your customers and I think you really do not take our concerns into consideration at this point.
On the 25th I was given an option to make a partial payment for my account. My debit order is due on the 25th. I paid R169 for partial payment and was told that on the 25th of August they will debit R339 plus the remaining R169. To my surprise on the 31st of July I was debited again the R169. I called and logged a ticket 23278724 and was told that the refund will be processed within 10 working days. I called again today 12 Aug to make a follow up and I am told that there is no refund due to me. The manager failed me as a customer and I was told that the reason why billing did not get back to me it is because there is no refund due. I am very disappointed with the service and I want to cancel my services with rain and go elsewhere.
MTN mall @ carnival service is very poor this is the number I called them on 083 869 6627 and they do not answer. They offered to call me back but there seems to be no sense of urgence from their end. I did a cellphone contract application in december 2023, no feedback was received in real time, I had to follow up. It seem impossible with their service. I called again today to findout why I still have an outstanding order which is blocking me from applying online. I am really dissatisfied with their service and will be trying another service provider.
1 star or nothing, very dissatisfying service received from this company. first time using them and I can say that they're service is not as they advertize it. I have been waiting for my parcel, no communication and so forth, I need to constantly contact them. I asked for a change of delivery, the process is tidious. My order was placed just before christmas, My order arrived before Christmas and has been sitting with them countless days for me to follow up as if I did not pay for the service. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless they are willing to run around like headless chicken.
Hi I signed up with debt busters in November 2022, I have been keeping up with my account and also communicating when necessary. 8 months later I get a communication from my creditors that they have rejected prposed repayment plan from debt busters and to my surprise I have not heard from you guys ever since my creditors decliened the offer. It is very unsatifying to me as a customer that I have to constantly make a call and get no feedback at all. I have been calling with no feedback with my query, the person responsible for my file is Ayanda from Legal and I was told that she will give a call back before COB. I waited for the call and ended up calling in again and I am surpised that I'm told that Ayanda and the team leader have left the office for the day. I requested to speak to the manager and I am told that I cannot be transferred to the manager as they have to follow the escalation process. I need to withdraw from your services and hope no one ever experiences the service I have received and have paid for, for months. I will not stop escalating until I get the attention for the benefit of what I pay for. I was kept on the line until the call disconnected.
