I would like to express our complete frustration with regards to CK car hire. The first car we were given we couldn't drive as it kept stalling The Lady on Wed attempted to assist and replaced with another car. All they did is replace one problem with another. If you look at the Odometer readings you will see that on car 1, it was from Ck car hire to our residence, the next day my hubby used it for work but it keep stalling and the rest of the time it was Parked. Then he had to take it back and by the time he got to them there was even smoke coming out of the engine and the R500 he put in for petrol was gone. The 2nd car he said felt like the gearbox was going to fall out . Didn't drive it Thursday and took it back Friday. Once again it cost us petrol and then he had to Uber back only to find out ubers don't come your side so he paid a private transport guy to get home. Another cost. So in theory this rental has not only been a complete waste of time but also cost us money. We have been told refunds will take 14 days which is also bull****. Pity we didnt read all your reviews before hiring a car otherwise we would have seen you give unroadworthy cars to rent. (Which i am sure is *******) I made an immediate payment and expect all costs and deposit to be refunded to me in the normal 3 to 5 days . I understand the md was on leave but quite frankly not my problem. The Md also doesn't know how to respond to customer and won't refund me even when the car has been returned to them 10 days ago already and keeps saying as per contract refunds take 14 working days. My argument is contract or no contract, CK car hire has not fulfilled their side of the Contract as they provided unsafe and unroadworthy cars. I want my refund and I want someone to go and inspect their cars and close them down.. Not safe at all I have email correspondence and WhatsApp of our complaints and happy to share

It has been over 61 days and I still have not received my order. No one at the email address or on Facebook even has the decency nor customer service ethics to even respond. They have a local South African bank account but are CLEARLY scam artists and I would NOT recommend anyone EVER buying from them!!!!!!!!!
We were forced to hand in our DSTV Walka due to DSTV no longer being able to offer this service. We were offered a R500 Take-a-lot voucher. When I eventually received the voucher (took over 3 weeks and not 72 hours as promised) - it is limited to certain products. This swap was done via an insurance claim and I have asked them to rather give me a take-alot voucher that does not limit the product (I.e - let me choose what I want to use the voucher for). Even though I signed up with MNET in 1995, I have had the worst experience ever - I have actually cancelled all of my DSTV contracts with them and even now when I want something done, they fail to give it to me. I do not recommend DSTV or their direct insurers - they are a bunch of unethical con artists and rip people off of their hard earned money. I WILL NEVER USE DSTV AGAIN! I have asked for my walka back seeing as I cannot get what I want - their attitude is take the voucher or leave it - how do you do an insurance claim and get dictated to - most insurers would just pay you out - but no not DSTV nor NMS!
We took our Datsun go into the TV branch on 4th May for a service and complained about the Driver Window having a winding up/down properly issue. Car just under 1 year old. We had car serviced and when we collected car we were told that it was the rubber of the window and they needed to order it. We took it back on the 20th June to get this window fixed (took them 3 weeks to get the rubber and a further 1 week before I was able to take car in)... Anyhow, on the 20th June, they had the car for the entire day and when I went to collect it, I was told it was the window electronic winder and not the rubber and they don't have stock (they had the car for about 7 hours). Already irritated, I took the car and left only to get home and notice the door panel hadn't been put back on properly as now the door knob and key holder were tight and slightly skew. My husbands branding was also removed when they washed the car. To date, we have even spoken to the Service manager and still nothing. Its been 2 months. We may only have a little Datsun Go and I am presuming that's why they don't take us seriously??? But really - 2 months to fix a window issue still under warranty?
Hi Telkom On the 15th we went into one of the stores in Cape gate to migrate from adsl to a fibre line. They told us it would take 7-14 days to deliver.On Friday the 23rd i called telkom helpline only to be told we do not have an order before i could say anything the line dropped.I then managed to get through and spoke to Mangisa who told me that someone would get hold of me still on Friday to give a time on delivery she said i could call her if nobody called me later at about 5.30pm. So at 5.30pm i called and held on the line for 25min roughly only to be told i could not speak to her.I have just called again now only to now be told there still is no order. We waited for vumi for 4 months to sort there **** out and now we have to wait while telkom sort there **** out.What kind of service is this.Do we wait another 4months.
My husband went into Cape Gate on Friday to upgrade and asked consultant if there were any specials and they said no. He said he would be back. Today we went into the other mtn branch only to be told we missed a fantastic Samsung special this past weekend
Had fantastic service from the installation team Karl, RW and Matthew here in Cape Town. They were friendly, professional and very helpful on 15th March 2018

Had the cheek to send me a letter of demand. I did not sign up for their service. Have been under debt review so have been able to even look at any loan facilities but they allege I owe them R1100 odd ...
