Had my furniture moved by Stuttaford Van Lines that was the most expensive and opted to use our own insurance which was a mistake Our expensive Samsung fridge freezer got damaged externally with broken handles and dents and the internal that was not handled correctly is full of black mold

Enabled a package on my second decoder gives an error E30 and nobody canresolve this in 2 days but they take payment immediately total time on calls 40 min, 35 min and now still holding on No supervisors avaiable

Terrible service - Increase the monthly bill after 24 months without notifying anyone and when you call you go from department to deparmet. People like Moja Ramashy from upgrades just put you back in the que if you complain. No assistance nd no email adress to contact .
I logged a call on monday morning as my waching machine stopped pumping warm water and then cold water. After a long time and much spelling a call was logged with all the info or so I thought and I was asked to do some fault checking. I went home and clled back and after a long time was told the system is down. On tuesday I tried again and provided the 4E error after giving all the info again. Yesterday they wanted to do fault finding again so I called this morning and after giving all the info again was told that someone will call me back Still waiting and no Samasung waching machine Terrible service I also troied to order the parts from the Rivonia spares department to fix it myself but they do not want to assist.
