Nedbank is thee most unprofessional and inefficient bank to have ever existed. I was a private client of Nebank but was so frustrated with my bankers lack of communication and respect to the point where I had to leave the bank. I told Nedbank the reason for me leaving thinking that they cared about their clients and would have the matter resolved but No- that was not the case. After 5 years of leaving Nedbank and coming back I was given the same banker and guess what, they still had not changed. I emailed her manager to ask for help and there was no response from the manager. Furthermore, their nedbank app did not work and none of the consultants knew how to help. When I tried calling Nedbank I was often passed around from person to person . I was also told inconsistent stories each time I called. I ended up not calling to avoid wasting my airtime. Overall, its clear that Nedbank does not try to treat customers fairly and with respect. My experience with banks suck as Investec, ABSA and Standard Bank were very different.
Discovery has treated my family very poorly during this claim process. I have been waiting over several weeks for a response on my claim. The Discovery consultants I speak to on the phone are very dismissive and rude to say the least. When I ask to speak to the manager or the person responsible for my claim , I am told they are in meetings and are not available. I regret every having an employer benefit policy with Discovery.
This is one of the worse banks to deal with. Their poor communication, poor client service and lack of care will make you question the high monthly banking fees.
Kiesha was an amazing agent to deal with. She was very helpful and patient
This bank has the worst customer service. I'm constantly disappointment by their treatment.
I have been a faithful customer of Investec for many years. I have even brought in a number of new people and new business to join Investec. I am appalled by the poor customer experience I have received lately. What is even worse is that even after my complaints, nothing has been done to resolve the matter. I am frustrated and fed -up. I dont wish this type of poor treatment even to my worse enemy. Its time for me to switch myself and all my assets to a trustworthy bank that will give me excellent treatment. A bank where I will see value for money. I am tired of paying extremely high fees for nothing!
I asked DEFY to come and help me with my appliances. They never came. When I asked the contact service people to call me back with feedback, they never called. The service from DEFY is horrible. Anyone must do themselves a favour and not buy DEFY products if they dont want headacges from DEFY
I have had many horrible interactions with Ninety one. They are unreliable and unprofessional. They are not as liquid as they tell you. You need to constantly fight for them to pay you your investment and they are not as transformed as they should be given the current SA demographics. Overal, my experience with Ninety one has been one of my worse experiences with an asset manager. At least there are other strong alternatives I can turn too.
The apartments look nice and have all the cool features and amenities but the part they wont tell you is that you will pay for those whether you like it or not. Balwin also uses their power to intimidate you into accepting fee increases. I have a balwin apartment and I cant even count the number of levy increases they have added each year. The worse thing is that you do not have a say in the increase. They always find a way to add additional charges onto your statement and thats how they make their money. its like a ****.
I love the quality of @home products and I am a huge fan however the pots I bought from @home were a waste of my money. They are an indication that @home does not always sell the best quality of homeware. The pots cost a fortune but they are not practical. The handles are the same material as the pot so you actually burn yourself every time you hold the handle. Which is ridiculous really. I wish I never bought them!
