Bad service
Bad experience. I received my wrong order. Still waiting after 1 hour. Pick n pay staff mixed up the orders and I must wait until they decide to bring my items. My order number 300738050 The order was placed pass 9 this morning and it's now 11:07. No reply from pick n pay Eersteriver. Still waiting on my order.

Truworths why you keep saying on clearsore I exceeded my credit in past 6 months???? I pay my account every month on time. You tell me how much to pay which I do. I sometimes pay more then my installment. You messing with my credit history. I will close this account soon. Your services is pathetic and please stop sending me message that my credit has been increased. I won't use it. Thank you Deidre van Rensburg

Very unhappy client
My mom is a pensioner. She got a contract for Honor 400 for R599 per month and because of a special promotion she got the honor tablet for extra R100 per month extra, included. The first month 1 Sept 2025 she paid R754. 08. Second month Oct 2025 Vodacom deducted R704. 12. The 1 November 2025 my mom paid an installment of R657. 99. On 1 December 2025 the debit order was not taken so my mom paid at a retail store R895.00. On 2 January 2026 Vodacom deducted R1055. 00. Why different amounts every month? My mom also found out that her Honor tablet cellphone number belongs to another lady who is in arrears. I went with my to Vodacom Zevenwacht mall and the guy who was suppose to help her, gave her cold shoulder. I asked him why the installment is not deducted from my mom account because she always leave money in her account, he gave us vodacom number which Toby is not helpful at all. Vodacom my mom need a answer and your services is not acceptable. You also have people working for you who is giving not just bad services but giving your brand a bad name. Contact my mom please. She would like to speak to a senior person.

An account under DMC management is on my credit profile with debt review company but the account don't exist when I called up the company
An account under DMC management is on my credit profile with debt review company but the account don't exist when I called up the company. When they check my id number no account pops up. DMC must remove it from debt review as they add the listing on my name.

I have sent 2 emails to debtbusters when they requested all my letters for accounts paid for which I did
I have sent 2 emails to debtbusters when they requested all my letters for accounts paid for which I did. I emailed in pdf format which means all letters is there. Knowing that I first emailed a Thozama . Then I spoke with Sharmaine on email. Now after I did send all my letters a Spokazi emailed me again asking for letters. Debtbusters is clearly not providing a service as they say in their ad because you speak to different people asking the same questions. How can I be sure my issue will be resolved when I keep emailing different people. Who is actually working with my case. Very poor service and no answer when you call their offices. And not to mention that I personally took all my letters to the branch in Adderley street Capetown before they moved offices to Pinelands. I'm worried. Who is dealing with my case?

African bank im waiting on my supposed judgement which was issued. I also spoke to a lady on Thursday who said she will email it to me. Until now i have not received anything. Mzake can you help me here. You said there is no trace pack found. Why is this account still active after all investigation was done on this account.

I'm tired to follow up with my prescribed account with African bank
I'm tired to follow up with my prescribed account with African bank. I spoke to different people everytime. I was sent emails to say I can login on the African bank app to download my prescription letter but no luck. I went to the Golden Acre Capetown branch and told the consultant to print me my prescription letter only to find out the account is still active. I'm tired really. I was sent a mail that African bank tried to call me and that I must reply to a sms number Hi so that they can call me back, but no call. When I call I speak to other people where I must explain the story from beginning till end. I'm tired. All I want is my prescription letter so I can be done with African bank once and for all.
