I have been harassed and embarrassed at work by Lewis employees for my account in areas which I have constantly made payment arrangements and I missed payments because of being hospitalised, they have been bullying me at work and pressure collecting causing me to work in an extremely stressful environment because of gossips and the embarrassment they have caused me, they have instructed me today on 10/032026 to loan money from a loan shark to pay the account, this is Lewis in Mthatha near circuit triangle! I’m extremely unhappy This conduct appears to be in contravention of the National Credit Act and the Debt Collectors Act, which prohibit harassment, ************, and disclosure of a consumer’s debt to third parties. I have reported to head office via email countless times with no help or resolution is this unprofessionalism the way Lewis conducts their business???? The bed I bought last year May is even torn on the corners of the base the condition I found it in as I reported on my previous complaints and the mattress that has already gotten flat on one side!!!

It’s a Friday I’m in hospital that I had to fight to be in without having to pay a 30% co payment because they have no network in my town, network hospitals are over 200ks away 😏, there’s a procedure that needs to be done they have not authorised it will wait for Monday? Until then I must take my pain home and literally just die there
Disappointed at the hungry lion in Mthatha plaza, I got such bad service from the cashier and received an incomplete order, I bought the four real deal, which didn’t have the strips and dips it was supposed to come with, logged a complaint with them but sadly no one came to my aid, hungry lion cashiers are mean and rude, they don’t understand customer service at all
***** was committed on my name and Telkom did nothing to fix it, Telkom sales person opened a fibre account for someone using my banking details, I have never had any contract with Telkom and I was surprised to them debit my account taking R6700 . How does a sales rep allow someone to open an account with someone else’s banking details, do they not vet people and get consent for debiting an account? Telkom has failed me. I called to complain and they updated contact numbers of the person who opened this account to mine claiming this has to be done so that I can get updates on this case but nothing was done and my account is still being debited I’m really ****ed
Bought a bottle of Hennessy from black horse liquor store in Mthatha and it was ****, smells like brandy and tastes nothing like Hennessy I’m extremely disappointed and I should have known because why is itvR589 ? You are selling **** liquor please be warned
Spargs Sutherland fuel on 26 Sutherland street Mthatha are selling **** gas, on the 28/06/2025 I bought a 9 kg gas cylinder, got home and used it for my heater, and on the 4/07/2025 this gas is finished, mind I only use it for my heater, which I get home and switch on then later switch it off and go to bed as you know you can’t sleep with a gas heater on so as a result I only use this heater when I return from work and in the morning when I prepare for work. This gas has lasted me exactly 6 days how possible is that if a 9kg was filled ? The store unfortunately had no F’a to give told me that’s my problem not theirs… normally a 9kg cylinder with last me at least 2 months as I live alone and in the only person using this heater.
I was at game on the 27th during the half way sale in Mthatha, the shop was not fully prepared for the promotion as a result a store attendant gave the an incorrect heater that was an Alva not in the promotion but she stated it is… I have paid R1300 for this gas heater when I wanted the one that was R999 they refused to assist me with an exchange claiming I had already left the store and the don’t exchange or refund pay just now purchases
Oooh wow have never seen an investment company that does not value its clients like Alex Forbes, their service is poor and the administrators don’t mind putting down the phone in your ear…I made a retirement withdrawal which was partly paid, they didn’t bother to let me know that that was a part payment, fine… had an emergency and claimed from my two port system as I had to move from Jhb to EC and needed the money for logistics claimed in May and it’s now June 24th and still no money received, I have made follow up calls that were unfruitful and spoke to administrators that were *********** one of them even hung up on me (Sivuyile). No assistance has been offered to me by AF and I was told to wait another month for the funds to be released how fair can this be
So I was at Burger King in Mthatha mall on 09/05/2025 Where I made an order and they rejected a twenty rand that I used to pay that had a small cut and said they don’t accept such bills, the bill was not a **** I had just accepted change from another store in the mall but apparently the bill was so accept here said the person at the till, the manager refused to come and explain this to me in person received so much attitude from the lady at the till… it’s no wonder that store is always empty
I went to a Lewis in Mthatha, chatway street, and they talked me into buying a product that qualifies for a cash back when you purchase, I have been going to the store that is approximately 45 minutes away from where I stay only to be turned back Everytime because they claim they don’t have a budget, yet the cash back promo is advertised all over the store, and they contact me to come and collect and when I do I get disappointed Everytime, going to the store is expensive transport wise but they don’t seem to care, is someone at the store collecting these cash backs for themselves? Lewis in Mthatha chatway opposite circus triangle mall your service is horrible, you have no customer satisfaction service and don’t care about customer service
