Last month I signed up for camera and tracking device. The tracking device and camera were installed separately, after the installation of the camera the car aircon did not work. I called Cartrack and informed them of this and asked them to come and fix it as the problem was caused by their technician. They sent someone to come and check the car. The technician with the code CT5(9)71044 confirmed that the issue was caused by the fuse the technician who installed the camera mixed up the wires(fuse) and explained thats why he had redo the some installation. Now week later Cartrack is billing me R600 for repairs as if they repaired the device. I have explained to several consultants this matter without getting anywhere. Based on this treatment I'm considering to cancel my contract because Cartrack wants me to pay for repairs yet the problem was caused by a Cartrack representative!!
I was very impressed with the service that I got from Eurocar Braamfontein. The staff was very friendly and professional from the ladies at the reception, to the guys that expect the car before you take the car and it when you are returning it. I needed to extend the contract the process ran smoothly, and the rate is affordable. I would definitely use and recommend Europcar Braamfontein the service was excellent
I bought a Fridge at Game Vincent East London on 16th of November they promised to deliver on the 24th of November till today the fridge has not been delivered. They are not communicating, I call the customer service to help, they keep on telling me that they are escalating the issue but till today more than a month later, I have not received the fridge. I want my money back at this point.The sales order number is 201337358 if someone cares to help
I have received the best service from 1st for women. I would definitely recommend it. I submitted a claim of a ****** car and it was handled by Ms Mulali Mukwevo. I got a courtesy car within 48hrs and my claim was finalised within 2 weeks. The whole process ran smoothly and I'm pleased with the service.
I have a parcel that was supposed to be couriered to KWT E.C and get there by Wednesday latest. Aramex failed to deliver and I saw that on the system it said attempted delivery. I tried to enquire several times with no clear answer on what caused the delay,all to find out that they didn't deliver bcz the sender's address is at PNP store. So they cannot deliver there. Why didn't inform me in time to tell me to change the address. I will never ever use this company it doesn't deliver. They say they deliver between 24hr to 72 hrs, it's been more than 72hrs now and the parcel has not been delivered yet and there are no clear abouts of where is it. So if you don't want disappointments stay from this company.
Today I ordered the Great Gatsby (half) at Jimmy's Killer Fish & Chips and Grills Colombine Crossing via Uber Eat. I have to say there was nothing great about the Gatsby. It was not meaty at all, there was probably less than 10 Russians, there was hardly meat. It was like a ordered a chip roll. There was just a lot of chips with a lot of tomato sauce. I am so disappointed with the service. I will never order food from this restaurant.
On 6th of June 2024, we used Intercape bus 911 to travel from King Williamstown to Johannesburg. Firstly we left KWT at 18:20 pm not 17:05 PM because we had to wait for shuttle that was coming from E.L. Then we ended up arriving in JHB two hours later!. The trip was horrible the bus was cold and I was travelling with a toddler. We requested that the drivers turn the aircon on, they finally did for less than 2 minutes because they said the air was cold. How could you not check if there is heat when you will be driving passengers the whole night in winter!. I am very disappointed at the service and the bus did not deliver what they advertised, especially for a MAINLINER BUS!!!. Also one of the drivers did not drive smoothly, every now and then I had to hold on to the chair when he hit brakes! I will definitely never use this Intercape again.
I had an issue with increasing amount of premium which I couldn't afford. Thando/Thendo managed to get me an affordable deal in less than 5mins
I took out a loan with them and I get paid on the 20th. They deducted money on the14th without informing me. They did not communicate with me to let me know that they will deduct early this month. They just deducted the money. Now inconveniencing me as the funds were for something else. I'm so annoyed and furious by the poor communication as I didn't receive an email or sms from Wong and the customer service can't do nothing about it!..imagine
We thought switching to rain would bring p us eace but it's been a nightmare. We got the R529 unlimited data deal ,we chose the package that comes with a router, we opted to pay on the 25th of each month.The internet is fine but its the company itself that it making our lives miserable. We always pay on the specified day but for the past 4 months we have been experiencing an internet disconnection around the 1st of the following month due to outstanding payment.We have to send m multiple emails and provide proof of payment several times for them to connect us again.. We have been losing around 5 days of internet monthly.. Even now, we don't have internet and we have paid for it and no one is helping,the calls are not being attended to and emails are ignored. I'm so angry at rain for your poor customer service. We're going to look at other alternatives because Wow we are not getting value for our money at all
