This company is a ****, I app**** for a loan and was never told of the outcome or result of the application nor received any funds yet my bank account was debited today. I contacted the company for explanation but the agent, a white woman, was extremely rude and told me there's nothing I can do, even the bank, absolutely. "That's what happens when your black and stupid, read your terms and conditions" her exact words. Right now I'm heading to the consumer ombudsman to get it clear if it was right of them to debit my account, if not, I'll be laying ******** charges against this bogus company!!! My advice, never do business with Qwiekfin!!!

3 weeks ago a Vodacom agent contacted me regarding my current contract. A white guy, male, could hear from his voice. He said to me that I'm currently paying too much for so little data and minutes, he further more said that we can change that by converting to airtime instead of data and minutes and I'll be able to buy data and minutes with the airtime. I asked if this will be an added cost to my bill and he blatantly said NO, I'll still be paying the same installment I'm currently paying, so I agreed. Hawu, a week later I log in to my Vodapay app, and I notice an extra cost has been added to my monthly bill. I contacted Vodacom immediately with eagerness to find out what's going on, and I did. Guess what??? That agent did not convert my contract, he actually upgraded it without my consent just so he could fill up his pockets. This is a felony and I will pursue a ******** case against, I even told them at Vodacom that I want to open a ******** case, can they help me, the agent laughed ... So now, I'm going to seek help from the Consumer Ombudsman. This kind of ******ion needs to stop!!! Deceiving an individual for personal gain is a punishable offense and I shall see it come to pass🤞🏿HOW MANY ARE WE???
After writing a review about Mr Price forcefully giving me a sim card contract, I got a call from them and the sim card was cancelled, or at least I thought so. It was only paused for just 1 month and now we're at it again!!! It started on the month of April, the airtime was loaded, even this month of May, I just seen it right now. So who is suppose to pay for that airtime??? It's giving me a bad credit record. It's time I approach the Consumer Ombudsman!! I do not need their airtime because it turns into credit and I do no have the money to pay for it...
The worst bank an individual can ever work with!!! What kind of a financial institution that can only access up to a year's bank statements??? I went to the bank and asked for my 2023 December - 2024 May bank statements and was told that they cannot access those bank statements. I was shocked because how??? I mean, I'm at the branch, how is it possible that they cannot access bank statements??? I was told that they'd request someone from office to call me and that I'd get my statements via email. Well, indeed I received a call but not about my statements, but about a personal loan instead. So my call was directed to customer care. I spoke to them and verified everything that needed verification. Then finally I was told that I'd receive my statements but till today, nothing, it's been a month now. I even missed my deadline!!! Was supposed to take the statements to the UIF office, so my UIF claim can be finalized. I sent them an email complaining, but my email was rep**** after 5 days, and the reply was incorrect. Instead of sending my bank statements, they tell me to reply with my loan account number, like ***???!!! How hard can it be to get my bank statements??? The service is just abnoxious nje
What is wrong with you people??? I opened an account and was forcefully given a sim card contract which I did not ask for and it creates unnecessary costs. I asked that the sim contract be cancelled but no one is willing to help. I went to the store and was told that the person who works in that department had knocked off, I couldn't understand how because it was 16:00 in the afternoon. I wrote emails but still nothing, all they always say is that my matter has been escalated to the relevant department but still nothing!!! On top of what I'm paying monthly, my debit goes up with R50 every month because of the sim card.I'm going to report this to the consumer ombudsman!!!
Horrible experience I've ever had. Upon tracking my parcel, I noticed that they had it for days without any intention of delivery until I made contact. After making contact I was told that the parcel is on it's but still nothing, just lies...!
My MTN number has been recently suspended on the 3rd of April and when I called in and asked why, I was told that I've been short paying for the past 3 months. But truth is I've never missed my monthly installment. I called again and asked how is it that I've been short paying while I never missed a payment, I was told that subscriptions were increased last year April and I was never notified none whatsoever, they said they sent me an email but I never received any email. So my question was, how is it that subscriptions were increased in April 2023 but my number got suspended April 2024??? If I was short paying all this time, my number should have been suspended last year within the next 3 months of increment... And they just went mute on me and never communicated again. I also added a cellphone contract on top of the one I currently have, but I had a change of mind and returned the device within a period 7 days, this was in February 2024, but till date, my contract has not been canceled, even though I sent them a letter showing that the device has been returned... The service is just horrible!!!
