Iv been trying to verify my identity for the old mutual rewards since the first of January. I have sent all required documents but still cant buy vouchers.please help!
I have used baby city plenty times for my 3 kids.recently my sister found out she was pregnant and i bought her a few things.one of which was Aptamil baby formula.she then informed me that she prefers a different brand.no where in the slip do they mention that we cant return formula.now im stuck with r354 worth of formula and i cant even get a refund.how is that fair?
I bought a pack of huggies from Makro about 2 months ago and kept it cause my son had to start daycare this month. Today he got home soaking wet after 5 pampers. The creche then sent a message saying the mappies are leaking. He is almost 2 and this has never happened.been using huggies even with my first two and i dont understand why this is. Might be a faulty pack. All i know is i have a pack of nappies i cant use. Very dissapointing
I am so dissapointed at MTN.i took a contract on 11 August for 2 sim cards.They advertised 50gb for 199 so i got 2 sim cards. I had told the salesman i need a lot of data cause i run a small business. Within a week of getting prorata i had no data. When i went to the store i was told they not sure how much data my prorata was which is insane. I even had to hold the phone for an hour with customer service to find that out. At the end no one helped.not even the coverage department knows how much data i should get. What i was told was that the plan i chose was actually 30gb, not 50gb. I was livid and visited the store only to be told its a false alarm. Fast forward to September 1st MTN loaded 30gb and when i went in store i was told they would log a ticket its system error. No one has said anything yet and im frustrated cause for than 20years iv used this network. I didnt expect to struggle from such a reputable network.Shouldnt i get whats on the pamphlet? Why are we being short changed and now i have to run around trying to figure this out. Totally unprofessional.
Clientele is *********. Last week i went to westgate mall to watch movies with my kids and i was approached by 2 guys from Clientele telling me they offering free movie vouchers.i told them i dont want anything to do with debit orders.i was told i have a month trial then i can decide.the guy took my fone and accepted debit order when i asked what that was he said it will only happen after a month if i stay with the service.woke up to R160 debit order. What nonsense is this.you guys are robbing people and i want my money
This is utter nonsense.iv been using rain for years but recently it hasnt been connecting. They couldnt help with network so i cancelled.tell me why i woke up this morning and R535 is taken from my account.mind you the sim has been disconnected and even the app doesnt show sim cards.people have been complaining about you guys but i should have changed my account cause you rip people off.i want my money.your accounts were settled so this has no hold.i want my money
I just lost 3000 points on my app cause when i got to the till my qr code expired while i was trying to redeem. They are gone besides them not being scanned.thats really annoying.in december same thing happened while i was redeeming for a cup.a slip wasnt printed but i lost my points.****ty system if you ask me
Im a bit frustrated with rain. For the past few months my invoice has had an extra 499 on it. I called twice already to get it sorted cause a consultant claimed that i owed them.which i know i didnt. untill now i had not defaulted on payments.fast forward to 2024 i missed two payments cause im on maternity leave and couldnt pay but still that extra R499 appears. Its worrying cause i owed R998 not R1497.iv paid R499 now and the balance now states R998.please fix the invoice issue cause i cant pay an extra R499 for something that i dont know
I dont understand if this is a **** or what. I got a call from Isabelle garcier this morning saying someone wrote me down for a gift.but they asked for my bank and id number. Now that i think of it its a bit strange.next thing money will be debited but its a gift. Please remove my details from your database. There is just too much ****ming going on
I tried making 2 purchases from the app at the Game store and both times my order was cancelled.my problem is my card was charged both times and the transactions have been left as pending. Capitec says they can only reverse once ubereats gives authorisation but contacting these people is fruitless.first the number doesnt work and the website has no information.now im r280 short and i didnt even get my order
