Had very good service from Buffalo with previous orders, but have received exorbitant import invoices from them the last 2-3 orders. My last one was R731 tax on R1300 order - more than 50%, and this was before the increased clothing tax in July (the order was earlier in June). They refuse to share my customs breakdown invoice to show the true handling costs, or to correct the situation, so seem to be very much ripping us off now, which isn't honest or fair. It seems very dishonest and deceptive. Still waiting for this to be rectified.
I've been using Sage for over 10 years. I started using the Debtors Manager, set up and paid month after month. Turns out it wasn't working - an issue on Sage's side. I canceled the service and requested a refund on the package that I did not receive, and have been following up for over 6 months with no resolution or assistance. Bad service in this department.
I bought the Floor Whizz Dual clean combo from Game in Greenstone. Spent R499 including the bucket. After less than a month the hinge broke on it and I had to take it back to Game, only to be advised only the bucket is guaranteed. They ended up replacing it. It's broken in two other places in the month after. Really disappointed in the quality.
Excellent service. Kurt is completely hands-on and personally treats every property. He's a perfectionist and uses multiple treatments to eradicate each pest to ensure best results. He also gave me practical tips to implement that really made a difference. He knows his stuff!
I've been asking for help since November last year with a slow line and the line dropping with my fibre. I haven't gotten even near the line speed I've been meant to. I have received 0 feedback on over 10 tickets opened, various WhatsApp chats, and requesting to cancel. I now have to wait a full calendar month despite my numerous attempts to cancel. More money wasted. No feedback or call backs. No attemps to rectify. Really bad service overall.
I usually have only good things to say about Netflorist and use them regularly, but my latest experience has not been good, unfortunately. I placed orders on the 14th December for delivery by the 17th December. I spent over R4500 on the orders and planned the dates according to when my clients would close. 4-5 of my orders were delivered late (without any communcation with me) - one was only delivered yesterday. I ordered baked goods and now reception has signed for these and the goods will be stale by the time my clients return in January. Still no communication if all of the rescheduled orders have been delivered, plus I've been locked out of my account. Not good service on this round at all, and wasted funds on gifts that will be stale by the time people receive them due to delayed orders.
I would like to compliment the fantastic service provided by Nicholas at Tile Africa Greenstone. He went above and beyond to assist us with choosing our bathroom products. He’s been extremely patient and helpful, and has gone above and beyond for us. Hang onto him, he’s sold us on sticking with Tile Africa. Thanks Nicholas!
Hi there, I have been meaning to contact for a while but since we’ve bought this couch it’s constantly required repairs and fixing. It started bending within a month and my husband and I are light and sit on different sections so it really isn’t made well. It’s very frustrating and it’s broken properly again. A big waste of money.
I have emailed and submitted multiple complaints by email, phone, social media and Hello Peter with NOTHING DONE about this. I was billed again now despite cancelling in April last year due to no signal in our area. Please can someone urgently get back to me regarding this issue. It's over R6600 over-billed since cancellation and another new bill below. Please assist urgently.
I purchased a booster package of 6 personal training sessions with Andrea on 8 May 2017. The terms were that the trainer gets in touch with you, which didn't happen despite multiple follow-ups from my side, so a lot of time was wasted and the special was closer to its expiry. The club did not communicate with Andrea on this, and the deal was not worthwhile for her. I did the assessment and two 30 minute sessions, and was then informed by the trainer that the rest of my sessions would not be honored. I haven't received my assessment details to this day. Bad service all round. The clubs need to reconsider deals that are not feasible for the trainers. Shouldn't have purchased this, or should have gotten a refund instead. A waste of time and energy.
