Cell insurance is a disaster I put a claim on the 22/12/2025 with all documents submitted at one of their branch to this day to feedback from them,I phone I was told my claim was send for assessment and the staff is on leave I should call after the 7th imagine a whole company .Attend to my claim and plz give feedback u have all my details email/cell No .
I'm not happy with your online service ,your consultant are mot customer friendly and the courier company u are using the very rude they phoned me at 5.18 am the guy was so rude .The worst part the item I ordered was in bad condition yes is pre used but it looked so horrible immediately requested a return on the same day 36 it was approved it was collected 29 but no communication inregards to my refund I phoned the consultant was not friendly .Makro please train your online consultation with good customer skills and plz choose your courier partners wisely review them bcs no I'm not happy who calls at 5.18 am and please refund me you collected your item ,I need to consider other service providers who can offer me a reasonable item in good condition which is worth the price .
I'm not happy with your horrible service, I was using your parking at nelspruit plaza. I canceled the parking handed over their card at the office. I was promised to b refunded my deposit. To this I'm not refunded and u keep on invoicing me but I'm not using your service anymore..Quatro parking management plz refund me and stop sending invoices I'm not using your service anymore.
This thing of corporate companies using AI is getting out of order why should we pay for services but when we encounter problems with the service provider we must speak to robots ,which can't even resolve your issue. I have been using rain for 4yrs paying every single month this month I pain but I'm told they will cut off my connection due to arrears which arrears cos this is month to month and I dud send proof of payment I'm still wating fir the robot to send me an email .Pathetic service customers don't want to speak to robots which are progressive we want to talk to humans who can resolve our sissies with service providers not robot ,we pay for this service plz employ humans to service us .ref 35391381 make sure u contact me before end of day 2mr
Cartrack I know the economy is bad unfortunately is bad on all of us .I canceled by track 2023 /03 cos I sold the car and confirmed send proof to your acc department then after a year u come and say I owe u R181 your consultant could not even explain what is it for .Pls check your records I paid and canceled u .I'm sure I'm not the only customer I hated the way u dragged the cancelation by ignoring my emails when I was trying to cancel that's why I moved to nestar bcs your service is pathetic now after a year u say I owe u must choose your victims wisely why should I pay for something I'm not using and I canceled send u emails and paid u .stop with this plz check your record I send emails .Stop bothering me
Your services is bad very bad, I have been waiting for my claim for almost 3 weeks now, schools are about to open still my claim is not processed, I can even c your review is bad plz improve your customer service u can't just enjoy taking customers money but when u suppose t to service them u drag their claim I have never missed a premium for 4yrs not ones but when I'm suppose to get help u drag your service Your what's up customer service is useless, u don't respond to emails
Mtn insurance useless since is under Santum is very useless I had a claim since 13th to this day is still pending, they just keep on sending automated emails. The only thing they know is to remind u that the debit order will go off yet when u claim they drag their feet to assist u. Im not happy with multi choice reason being u don't keep your promise, last time with my query u said u will call my dad back regarding the boogas insurance u included in his dstv subscription yes u did cancel it but where is his refund I know insurance can't be refund if u decide to cancel the defferent is that my dad dint join it your desperate consultant decide to include it without his concern that make multi choice responsible. He requested for a proof that he joined u were not able to provide it, so please reverse what u deducted. This is last request if u are serious and transparent about your business provide proof or refund. His dstv is off again and I paid so I can't be dealing with multi choice every months regarding this is totally wrong to include policies in your customers dstv acc without their concerned taking advantage of the elderly
