I will never ever buy anything from Uber Eat app. I ordered food from Macdonald via Uber eat I got alerts that my delivery will arrive at my place at 13:15 yes I waited outside the gate looking at the map on my app , however the delivery never arrived. When I realized that now is 16:00 I went to the store to complain they said there's nothing that they can do my complain is not the first complain I was never assisted they advise me to complain from UberEats for refund. Their response was I will never get refund their driver followed process. I requested any pictures of my house where he came they don't have

Poor service I experienced.
Am not happy with how I've treated. I bought 20 pallet of stock bricks however the delivery guy came drunk and squashed my bricks and I layed complaint they promised to come and pack them and also to replace them which the promise to replace is still a dream to me they never replaced my bricks till today.

Very very poor service
Poor service they can't allocate payment for the period of 10 days, without connection,it is my last chance of watching and paying it. WiFi is the way to go now.

I just called an ambulance for emergency the dropped the phone. I called again the urgent said they phone are not going through I must call after an hour while a person is dying infront of me. This is nonsense that happening in this country.
