I bought a death by chocolate on the 20th of November 2025 at Debonairs Pizza Woodmead and it was burnt and dry. I sent a complaint about it via email and no one attended my complaint. I regret buying it there and I was spoiling myself after my birthday which was on the 17 only to get disappointed
MiWay refuses to assist me with my refund, I emailed a statement through to them and they are telling me they want a statement to show other transactions. What transactions are they looking for? The statement I forwarded reflect the debit amount they took from my account but they don't want to process my refund. First I was told the refund department closes at 11:00 am today, next it was 3 -4 working days then 7 working days now they haven't received the statement. which one is it exactly. and why is there so many of us complaining about the incorrect debit date?
I took insurance with MiWay insurance on the 16th of July 2025 and spoke to a consultant we came to an agreement that the debit will go off on the last day of the month which is 31st of July 2025. This morning I woke up to a debit from MiWay insurance. I've been on the phone with them, emails, live chat WhatsApp but still not assisted. Instead I'm being sent from pillar to post. I requested a refund but to date I'm not getting any assistance They've requested a statement I've forwarded it through. They now want to know how much was in my account.

I took a cellphone contract with Mondo and they delivered, however I've never used the sim card it tells me it's Rica Barred. How is it that the sim card is Rica Barred and I have to visit a nearest store when they took all my details and I submitted my proof of address and all documents that they requested. I must say I'm very disappointed, I'm paying for data and airtime I don't use.
No luck in getting in touch with MBD, I'm looking for a paid up letter for a woolworths account I had. I've tried calling but no luck and no assistance. All I ask for is a paid up letter that's all, it's said that when we seek assistance there's none received. Unhappy client I am.
I've called the legal department for a paid up letter and was sent from pillar to post and finally told that I will receive my letter within 24 hours but to date still nothing. I told them it's a matter of urgency but still no assistance just assurance that I will receive the letter. I'm unhappy about the service.......... empty promises
I've called and sent emails with regards to a paid up letter. No response up to date. I wish there was someone who could respond to the mails sent and provide assistance. I'm in need of that letter urgently but I don't receive feedback.
