After giving MWeb several days notice of a move within the same complex, and spending many hours calling call centre and emails, I still have no Wi-Fi. Apparently they blame OCTOTEL who haven’t released the line. Consequently I run a business from home, and been without WiFi for 5 days. Promises and apologies. Their CEO is unavailable. Very disappointing
I never signed up for these courses. 5 debit orders have left my bank account in the last 24 hours. No email contact. Disastrous. I will ensure they are sued immediately
I ordered a grey Samsung A16 phone some days ago, went through the whole process, received a delivery report and then, followed a barrage of emails, stating that the funds were not received and order cancelled. Problem: funds have left my bank account, and there is no telephone number on their site at all. No way of contacting this company, Sent a screenshot of payment and no way of reaching these people
The Table View dispensary pharmacists and nursing facility deserve full marks. They are under severe pressure, however today I discovered a treasure in the clinic, nurse, winner of the Western Cape Nurse Excellence Award, Helena Eagar. Her calm professional and empathetic approach to patients is rarely seen in South Africa today. Ashley ****erman heads up the cosmetic division with total commitment to his team and customer interface. Long dispensary lines are irritating as is the call centre.
Amid many complaints, there are also compliments, and the Table View shopping Centre team is committed to their customers. On the grocery side, they take every comment seriously. Clothing also sourced a pair of shoes that was already sold out and did call me back to advise the location of the shop where the size was available. Amidst all their problems, there are some shining stars, who deserve accolades. The team under Chris, Renshaw, Elton and Nosisa on the grocery side deserve five stars for listening to valid issues. Clothing carefully selected,, can make a person look and feel like a million dollars.. No wonder their stock moves so fast, and compliments to Queen for calling back twice to alert me where I could find special sneakers.
I wanted to give them a chance. I had a nightmare experience trying to reach them, explaining I was not wasting airtime speaking to a low entry-level call centre. Please call me back from a senior supervisor who is knowledgeable on all aspects of their system. Of course the operator couldn't assist, couldn't spell my name and the air time ran out. Cannot reach anyone and they don't call back. My number and name are quite clear. Zero assistance and most operators don't know anything except calls are recorded. Waste of time Gillian
Incredibly poor attitude from the guy in the shop - no customers there, rude, and was busy playing with his phone. Unfortunately for this group which is part of Mr Price's group. A negative attitude does nothing for this listed group Won't return
A big shout out to GM at new Checkers Bayside Ayanda who explained the new app to me, but went further, offering me coffee and a yoghurt. Top marks for customer service. We had a most informative chat about joint initiatives with the group. It was a welcome attitude in current lack of customer service in this country
Suddenly this evening an amount of R548 goes off my account. Of course this company is closed now. I have never had any dealings with these people and don't have debit orders with anyone. Homeowners, beware. I was referred by an agent to Sasol Gas Melkbos and had the most distressing experience with them. After calling last week, they promised delivery the next day. Start of a major saga. Fast forward one week, no hot food, and reduced to eating out, in the middle of an extremely harsh Cape Winter. Daily calls, and (15) many emails, resulted in my eventually redirecting requests to the CEO of that office. A certain John called yesterday, apologizing that they had the wrong number, despite emails from my office with all the details. He claims they have been to my home daily, but oddly no call from them. Then a flurry of calls. They were on the same road, nobody was home, but " no worries" it would be delivered late yesterday. According to him, no time could be advised since the delivery people chat to ****s and there's no bad publicity. I asked how all the Checkers, PnP, Woolies deliveries seemed to work and advised them to sort logistics, however, he dismissed their operations noting they respond to calls! How does Sasol Gas work? No calls? During this period yesterday, I couldn't leave home since I still believed they would deliver, and ordered from PnP. Order arrived within the hour with same address details. Anyway by this time I realised this was fabricated nonsense and called another service provider who efficiently took details and said the driver could deliver the following day with a credit card machine. We exchanged emails and he confirmed many frustrated clients end up with them due to similar bad experiences with Sasol Gas. A sad reflection on a globally listed company. I have subsequently alerted the group's Secunda Head Office. Worst of lies and lack of service delivery in South Africa
