After 6 years with CANSA we are considering taking our needs elsewhere. My mom has two stomas so you can imagine she goes through ostomy products quickly depending on how difficult her Ileostomy is. After Zanap Joseph left it has gone down the drain. You should consider getting her back. Double or tripple the salary she is getting where she works now and get her back.
Good day The following involves the agents covering the areas of Stellenbosch | Somerset West | Strand. The property owner is selling his house so we needed to be out by the end of September already but because of estate agents, from your agency as well, not getting back to us, we have had to ask him for another month. He agreed but made us pay almost R800 more just for that and the rent is already over R13k. So because of agents from agencies like yours not getting back to us when we need assistance and info on properties before we lose out (which we have!), we are once again in a bad situation because we need to be out by the end of this month. However, because of agents not getting back to us, properties are now only available by December 1st or January 1st! We cannot wait till then! If we call, we are told to WhatsApp instead but when we do that then we don't get responses! This has been going on with a whole list of estate agencies so far, including YOURS, since August! We have had enough. At this point we are more than willing to take this to the PPRA because it is mind-blowing how you agencies operate around here.

The worst experience in the 20+ years of being with Vodacom. 1. Vodacom threatened us with Debt Collectors and demanded payment of over R30k 2. When following up the statement only said we owed just under R7k. 3. When asked where they got the huge amount they haven't been able to tell us. Till this moment of writing this absolutely nothing. 4. Our sim cards were deactivated without warning while this entire situation is STILL ongoing. 5. The excuse for that "The system is responsible". Yet no person made the effort to deal with it. 6. Now I need to get a new sim but I am beyond tempted to switch to MTN. 7. No communication. Nothing. 8. They aren't responding to our emails either! 9. If you decide to respond, Vodacom, call the 066 number.
We did an online upgrade for my dad on the 8th of November for the following deal: Samsung Galaxy A52S 5G + Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 44mm for R388 PM x 36 months. We received the devices on the 11th of November but they shipped the 40mm watch and not the 44mm as the deal stated and as it was confirmed by Vodacom's twitter consultants/agents and from the order summary. We also received the quote for our upgrade this morning (17th) where it also states 44mm. After reporting this to Vodacom's vadmin@coactivate email we were informed that it should be the 40mm and not the 44mm because of an error in the description of the deal online. Apparently they received this communication of the faulty deal on the 11th of November, which is when we received the package. Nowhere did Vodacom inform customers of this issue and they also didn't let us know about it either when we placed our order. The warehouse clearly knew about this because on the tax invoice it stated the 40mm. And this is the ONLY place the 40mm appears. No one contacted us about this. They just sent it out with the 40mm probably hoping that we would just accept this nonsense. Lennon Samduth was the one to respond to our email about this and then slapped us with the T&Cs that pretty much says that Vodacom can do whatever the hell they want by changing deals whenever they want without informing anyone. After numerous communications on phone and twitter we reached a dead end. Only that collection is scheduled between 7-14 business days or something along those lines. So because of their mistake we face delays before we can redo the upgrade. And no, they don't just collect the watch, they collect everything; the phone, watch and promotional voucher. Anyways, Vodacom eventually removed all the deals for the A52S 5G from the online store around the 13th or 14th I believe. Yesterday (16th November) the A52S deals showed up again but they were labeled as "Sold Out". Today (17th) those deals were once again available for purchase/new contract/upgrade. And guess what, the 44mm Watch 4 was once again part of the deal. This time they even added a picture of the Watch 4 44mm to the "This deal also includes…" section on the deal's page. Which had not been the case when we upgraded! You would think that if they removed it because of the faulty deal description that they would have it fixed to show the 40mm and not the 44mm. Clearly Vodacom is lying to us. You don't make such a dumb mistake twice and also add an image of the Watch 4 44mm to it. I want the 44mm delivered and the upgrade not to be reverted back. It is clear that this is the deal as it should be. As far as I am concerned after all this nonsense, those couriers that should come and collect the devices, should bring a new phone with the 44mm watch as indicated on the deals page and on the upgrade we agreed to. Otherwise you are busy misleading us with your false advertising. I have taken screenshots with dates and time to take this matter further if the issue does not get resolved. Vodacom cannot be trusted with their online deals. So be warned whenever anyone reading this decides to do an upgrade or apply for a new contract. I just checked the deal again and it is still the same with the 44mm indicated. It is now 19:04 on the 17th of November.
Once again Takealot proves they are full of it. Their daily deal (April 4th) on the Logitech G102 Prodigy blows my mind. Prices on this day: PcExpress: R426 Makro: R499 Rebel Tech: R509 Wootware: R580 Raru: R533 Takealot: R699 as a DAILY DEAL Retails it at R899. You are full of **** TA. I can even get it cheaper from Amazon including shipping. Don't bother calling me or emailing me with a response since I know it won't make a difference. I just want people to be aware of your crazy prices.
I was having trouble with my banking app. I struggled to get access after I had to factory reset my phone and I called FNB for assistance and Tshepiso Modikeng answered. She helped me out in under five minutes. So friendly and helpful! Thank you Tshepiso!

Today (August 16) I went to the Middelburg Mall branch to update my residence information as requested by an sms due to FICA regulations.

Sabina (I do apologize if this is not 100% correct) at cubicle 2 gave me very helpful and friendly service. It was a pleasure sorting this out.

I definitely appreciated her friendly and efficient service.

Regards from Marna Louw.

Today we went to go buy KFC at the branch close to Midwater center. You would expect better service from a new branch but oh no. Not the case. Every time we go there, the card machine does NOT WORK,including today! SO now you have to drive away to go get cash or just find a different place to get food. Luckily we had cash with us this time in case we get a repeat of the previous times, which we did!

Second issue of today's visit: The coleslaw had this watery-milky mess going on that just flows out like some diluted milk. Disgusting!

The service has been unacceptable and it is like no one wants to help you and provide quality service.

Lets hope something gets done by top management.

If this was the first time this has happened then I would have overlooked it. But unfortunately, this has not been the first time, nor the second, nor the third.
Today (Saturday , May 16th) I was waiting nearly 20 minutes at the section where cameras, laptops, memory cards,HDD and all other hardware stuff are kept.
No one was in site to assist! A man before me asked someone to get whoever helped at the department. Eventually Cameron came and helped. Then he left again to go get the camera the customer wanted. But even that took longer than needed because the man ended up leaving. Then I waited...and waited....then asked someone to get the person that worked there. Twice I hear them announce for Cameron. Someone else ended up helping me.

It blew my mind that there is absolutely no haste in trying to help someone. This has not been the first time either. That entire department needs to get their sales people to do their job and not take all the time in the world! You nearly always have to wait for someone to come! They are never at their posts! You have to be lucky to get someone to already be there.
