Do not use the Uber package services, the drivers will ***** your packages and mark them as "delivered" and Uber will not help because "the drivers are independent contractors" they don't take any accountability
If I could give zero stars I would. The worst communication of an international logistics company in 2024. They don't seem to have any systems in place, trial error, maybe you receive your parcel but probably not.
I always have the best experience with this company. Their products are top notch, their service unmatched and they deal with reliable logistics partners. I'm a happy customer. Keep it up!
If there was a zero star I'd give it. Don't even approach these guys. You WILL be ******. Such ****mers, they will quote you one price and when it's time to pay it will be 10x.
How do you hold on to my money for 3 whole weeks and think that is OK? What happened to automatic release after 7 days? I guess I'm taking my business elsewhere. Thanks

The adverti*****t is misleading. I bought a A73 dual 128GB with option to extend memory to 1TB. What they don’t say is that the “dual” sim a lot is the same slot as the SD card so you EITHER get a DUAL SIM or SD SLOT. NOT both!
I cancelled my accounts months ago yet they still debit my account. Because my account is cancelled, there is NO WAY TO CONTACT them. No email and no phone number, you are on your own
At the worst moment in your life "the best digital bank in Africa" will humble you. Thank you for the motivation. It takes 3 minutes to open an account on the banking app but you have to fill in THREE(3) separate forms to apply for payment relief on a home loan, although you've never missed a single payment all these years. You have to find your tax number (I only use this when I file in July), name all your assets and their value, provide an affidavit on why they should even consider you (in times of Covid). Once you email the documents, you don't even get an acknowledgement of receipt, so you sit wondering like an idiot. This is why I ended up here, just staring at my computer. I threw away my vision board, I have only 1 immediate dream...I can see myself walking out of FNB after closing my account of 13 years. If ever I needed motivation to pay off debt faster, this was it. Thank You! PS: I had the same conversation with Standard Bank over the phone, whole process took less than 5 minutes and I had the confirmation email when I hung up. Humanity!
