You paying your account in full,and they told you you will receive your payup letter immediately and now i must wait 3/7 days.Its very bad.

I paid an account with a link.The guy told me I will received my payup letter immediately and now they told me I must wait 3 to 7 days for it.I paid it though a link and its an immediate payment.This is really bad bc the bank is waiting for it and they need the payup letter.

Dont pay your account through them,they dont send you the proof of payment.

Me and my husband is busy buying a property and we got inform about my husbands african bank that there is a outstanding on his loan. Immediately I made arrangements to pay the account that was listed at Nimble group.The took the money out of my account.Me my husband's wife the total amount.They told me they will send me the next day the layup letter.And now the refuse to send me the letter.Im hi wife that called to pay his account to get the payup letter.They know they talked to me the whole time on whatsaap and on the calls.They took the money out of his wife bank account but refuse to send me the payup letter.Where is the popi act now,the reason the cant send me or email my husband the proof of payment.Im gonna put the arrangements here were they state they will send me the payup letter when they received the payment!

Ackermans put you on itc again and again when you paid your account more than a year ago.

I paid my accounts more that a year ago through dmc and Ack put it again and again on my itc report! PLEASE TAKE IT WITH DMC BC I PAID MY ACCOUNT MORE THAN A YEAR AGO I HAVE ALL MY PAYUP LETTERS TO PROOF IT! THEN YOU TAKE IT OFF AND THEN I SEE THIS ACCOUNT IS ADDED TO YOUR REPORT.! IT REFLECTS BAD ON SOMEONE'S ITC REPORT!

DMC ADD ACCOUNTS ON YOUR ICT WHEN ITS ALREADY PAID MORE THAN A YEAR AGO.!

I HAVE TWO ACCOUNTS AT DMC THAT I PAID IN FULL MORE THAN A YEAR AGO.I SEE ON MY CREDIT PROFILE EVERY MONT THAT STATE "DMC ADDED THIS ACCOUNT ON YOUR REPORT" SO YOU TAKE IT OFF MY ITC REPORT AND WHEN I LOOK AGAIN IT'S ADDED TO MY CREDIT REPORT! I PAID THOSE ACCOUNTS MY ACK AND TRUWORTHS MORE THAN A YEAR AGO I HAVE ALL MY PAYUP LETTERS TO PROVE IT. AND EVERY TIME YOU ADD STUFF ON MY ITC REPORT. IT CLEARLY STATE THAT DMC ADDED THIS ACCOUNT ON YOUR REPORT.PLEASE TAKE THOSE TWO ACCOUNTS OFF MY ITC REPORT.!

DMC added to your ITC when you Paid all your account in full.They take it off and added again and again!

Good day..I paid all my Debts that was behind through DMC I received my pay-up letters more than a year ago...! But everytime I received my credit report,you take it off my credit profile on my itc report...AND THEN..YOU ADD ALL MY PAID ACCOUNT ON MY ITC..THAT STATE ADDED TO YOUR REPORT..! ! IT REFLECTS BAD ON YOUR ITC REPORT,because it shows Accounts are behind or not paid! It state that DMC added to your report!!!Because of this the banks don't want to finance a vehicle for me.It shows I'm a poor payer!!! And all my accounts is been paid in full!!!Please take it off my ITC report!

Transunion and your credit report!

I really dont understand why there is places like this if they can't even help people to get credit payments clear when they paid it in full. I paid all my accounts in full what I had,I have all the payup letters and I only have a Rage,Truworths and Miladys account but it still shows that im a poor payer,I pay all my accounts everymonth and still you dont update people's credit profiles.I went over my credit limit at one store,but I paid in for the things I want,and my credit available was still the same,but its on my itc report that I went over my credit.I paid for the rest! Can someone please help my in this regards.I phone a couple of times at the time someone answering you,your airtime is finished! I can't even buy myself a better car bc on my profile its stating that I'm not poor payer,but I pay my accounts every month!!

Experia SA dont take Debts off your credit profile when you paid it in full!

One thing about your ITC report is that Experia SA doesn't update your credit score.I am not on debt review or anything but still my report says that I'm an poor player.Im not behind on any of my accounts the accounts that I paid in full still shows that I'm behind on my accounts.So I can't apply for car finance to buy a better car for myself.I only have three account now,ack,truworths and Rage and still the old credits is still on my profile that a paid more than a year ago! I went over my credit limit on one account,when I bought clothes,I paid for in for the amount I was over and still you list it on my itc,that I went over my credit limit.I paid for it,and the i still have the same amount credit available.I paid for the rest.Come on,I phone I couple of times not to get an answer from you.How do you think people must get credit and be credit worthy if you don't take debts off that people paid in full.

Rain still charge you when you canceled your data simkaart.

I had Rain uncapped wifi that works with a simkaart for a few months and then I decided to get other fibre internet.How it works you pay first and then you get your data.I phone them a month before I canceled my Rain internet to let them know I'm canceling Rain.And the ppl still phone me to pay my account.When you don't pay you don't get your data on your Sim right.I check on their site and they saying my account is behind with almost 2000.How do you get to this amount.I did phone to cancel it and I did send an email. YOU DONT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH RAIN,IF YOU DONT PAY YOU DONT GET YOUR WIFI DATA.HOW CAN YOU STILL WANT ME TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT I DONT USE ANYMORE.

TSL legal services and Vodacom

My Vodacom account was in behind and was listed at tlc legal services.I paid my Vodacom account in full and I received my pay-up letter and they told me that they will ask Vodacom to take it off my ITC report and it will take 30 days.I phone TLC legal services a couple of times to tell them it's still on my report and again they told me they will send them an email to take it off my ITC report.I also contact Vodacom and they said it off my ITC report and it's showing I'm behind and I don't pay my account.Please can u take it off my ITC report

Why did planet42 did a hard search on my credit report on ITC.I never interact with them I don't even know for what it is? Can you please remove it from my ITC repor***** a hard search on my ITC report and I don't know for what it is.Its showing( Enquiry for Other? )What other?
