DPD laser has been failing to courier my return for more than a month. I have made several inquiries, and I was given promise after promise, but till today, my parcel is still not delivered.
Stay away from the runway!!!! I returned my parcels to run on the 02 of April 2026. It is the 4th May 2026, and my return is still not processed, and I am still not refunded. Despite reporting this to Runway several times, they claim they are not involved; it is between the courier company and me. This is their own courier available on their return options.
On 12 December 2025, i submited an instruction to my banker (Mr Kagiso Ntuli) that I have moved my banking activities to Nedbank. In the email, i further asked him to update all my banking details to all my FNB-related accounts so that they can debit their due amounts. This simple instruction was not followed; as a result, my account has debit order penalty fees amounting to 4000. I have spoken to 3 FNb consultants from their collection department and asked them to correct this error so that I can understand what the correct amount to pay FNB to close my account is. While this has not happened, I am threatened with legal action and negative credit listing while FNb is ignoring its own fault.
DSTV is exploiting a 70 year old women. They gave her a call and asked her to confirm the details of her son. As soon as she did, Doom, they loaded insurance products on her DSTV account. We know the company is slowly being bankrupt but to exploit the old just to save the company is clearly a violation of women’s right while women’s months around the corner. I will also be taking this complaint to radio to expose this firm.
I logged a gate motor claim (claim number 5206002), and it was acknowledged on the 27th of December 2024. On the 2nd of January 2025, an assessor came and assessed the gate claim. That was the last time I saw any action on this claim. It is the 7th of January 2025, my claim has not been processed. I was told via an email that Gaoyadiwe Prudence Metsi will keep me posted about my claim, this has not happened. During this rainy weather, my wife has to get off the car at night to open and close the gate thus putting her and our asserts at risk thanks to ABSA taking their time to process our claim.
Telkom is failing to clear my paid off account just because they want to continue billing me for accounts I have paid off in September 2024 and no longer want to keep. Even my account details are still outdated despite submitting proof of addresses. This shows that Telkom does not comply with RICA and FICA acts of this country.
I paid off my accounts in September 2014. Three months later, I could not take new contracts in December because my PAID OFF account was handed over to legal. A Vodacom shop sales Rep at Kolonnade Mall in Pretoria said they will clear this and she would call us to take our contracts. This was in December before Christmas. It is now January 2025. I am calling the call center today and an agent (Amanda between 9:30 and 9:50) in the collections departments confirms that my account is under legal because they have not cleared it as a paid off account. She also there is no way I could get a reference for my call, WOW VODACOM!!!. She could also not give me a turnaround time to clear this so that I can take a new contract (4 phones, two watches). THIS IS THE AMOUNT OF BUSINESS THAT YOUR POOR ADMINISTRATION WILL COST YOU!!!
A payment made on the 19 September 2024 has not reflected resulting in the continued suspension of my line. In a 4IR error, a client must wait for more than 5 days for funds to reflects as if financial systems sleep and also go on weekends. This is company that wants me to renew my contract, F**K off!!
On the 5th August 2025, I wrote to Mahindra SA complain about being requested to drive 80km to get recall errors resolved on my new Scorpio N. I was promised that they will speak to the dealership that refused to attend to my car and asked me to take it to where I bought it (80kms away). I have called their line a number of times and always I am promised a response in no time without success. It is now September and I still do not have a response. Am I really getting an India quality or promise her?
On the 26 August 2024, I accepted a quotation (Ref no: mbvg59ansi) for my car, home content and building insurance from Acticate by ABSA. My policy started on the 1 September 2024. Till today, I do not have my policy documents and my confirmation of cover letter. I cancelled my previous insurances on the basis of the accepted insurance quotation. I am deeply worried that should anything happen to any of my insured assets, I do not have anything to prove that I have insurance.
