Spar Gugulethu Mall disgusting service
I am at Spar right now it's a Saturday weekends are busy there's only 4 cashiers at the store they telling us cashier will only come in at 10:00 am they know this shop is very busy and full everyday how frustrating it is to stand on a long Q I wokeup early and I got here at 8:00 thinking i amavoiding the Q their service it's disgusting

I am disgusted and fissapointed with what they are doing to poor South Africans
owh! People andaz noba ndim Lo okumele angabi naphone I took a SAMSUNG GALAXY A16 PEP a FoneYam contract I had the phone for few days with me my eldest son Luhle Halom notice that the screen of my phone has moved it's not attached on the phone mind you the phone did not fall,the first phone I took from FoneYam Ackermans golden acre had a screen problem I took the phone back and they said I must wait 11 days when I went back they told me the phone was not insured because I took it in 2024 the was no insurance then now I am Soo ****ed off they said PEP store in Gugulethu mall they are taking my phone for repairs meaning it's not new and obviously they gave me a phone that was returned by someone else owh I am So disgusted shm I regret taking phone from them

Standard bank debiting money on a wrong date that is not on our contract
Hi Standard bank you were suppose to debit your money in December for my policy and you did not debit as per our contract agreement on my salary date then you disided to debit on the 7th of January that is where the hell do you think I have money on the 7th of January you creating more bank fees for me today you took my babies back to school money the reason is I don't know why if you don't reverse my money back into my account I am going public to hello Peter and on social media u costing me and how the **** am I going to pay my baby's school feed with a short money it's school Tommorow??

Vodacom, Ackerman's and Foneyam
I took a Vodacom phone at Ackerman's Golden Acre Cape Town the phone was freezing and I took it back to Ackerman's they told me the phone will toe 21 days to repair they are going to call me on the 21 day I went back there they didn't call to check my phone they told me it's not back yet I must wait for a call I then went again to Ackerman's the manager gave me my phone back the phone was not repaired not fixed still doing the same thing Vodacom Ackerman's and Foneyam are ruining my credit record because I don't have a phone and it's not being paid the manager is blaming foneyam when I called Foneyam they told me the shop is responsible for the repairs and now Ackerman's manager says it's Vodacom I am so disgusted with what they are doing to me ruining my credit record with my phone not being paid I still don't have a phone

Ackerman **** service
I took a phone at arckermans it is not even 12 months the phone was freezing I took the phone back to the store in Cape Town Golden Acre they said it will take 21 days up till this day I haven't received my phone I went to them they said I must wait for a call while I am waiting for a call my Foneyam account is not being payed meaning my account is accumulating interest that I will have to pay I am so disgusted and ****ed by their service people stop taking Ackerman's phones they are **** they are not working I am accumulating interest and they don't give a **** about my credit record.

Rain is a frodster that is abusing poor people and does not care about clients at all
I made and arrangement with Rain to pay installments of R158.34 and I made the payment early hours in the morning on the 15th September 2025 Rain took R700 from my account that is my Son's school transport money when I spoke to them they say there's nothing they can do about that I am on depression medication and highblood pressure I am sick as I am typing now I do not know how my child is gonna get to school I can not afford to pay Rain that much money,onto of that their network does not even work I am soo disappointed and disgusted with what Rain is doing to people I made the R158.34 payment my self and they took the R700 onto of that now how is my child gonna get to school today😭😭😭💔💔💔

Mc Donald's Delft Mall Cape Town is disgusting they can't make food
I went to Mc Donald's at delft mall I bought two chicken fold overs and Chilli fries what we got was nothing but bad food the sauce on the fold over was mayonnaise the Chilli fries was something else I don't even know I even took a picture of it I wasted my money,I redeemed points to buy a Mc fizz then the machine did not print the slip I had to pay for my Mc fizz then when I spoke to the manager she said I will get my points back then when I went thee after a week seeing that my points are not back she said the is nothing she can do I told her about the bad food we bought we had to throw the food away we couldn't eat it and we couldn't go back that day because after we bought we drove out of cape town we realized on our way when we were far ba haiboo this is not what we normally get from other Mc Donald's and the waste of the money we spent on that day I payed using my standard bank card I am soo disgusted with Mc Donald's Delft Mall's food and service I will never go back and buy the again my m9ney went down the drain..

Lewis Store Bellville an abuser
I have never felt soo victimized and harassed by the Lewis Store Bellville cape town I missed my december payment because I had a funeral I am telling them I will be able to make the payment monthend january the manager who is a female tells me they didn't reach their target because of me threatening to bring the police at my workplace harassing me as ifi stole the items I took from them I am stressed I have a panic attack and anxiety just buried my brother few weeks ago I know I was wrong motto pay but thethreats,harassment and abuse I am getting from the Bellville Lewis Store everyday if I knew this is how they treat their customers I was never gonna take out an account with them 💔😭

Mc Donald's Gugulethu Mall Sucka
The service I got at Mc Donald's Gugulethu Mall is very bad the security guys told me they closed at 20:00 but the times that are hanging there says they are open till 21:00 I then went to drive through the lady who took my order did no ask for me to scan my app for points when I asked her about my points she said it's too late for me scan then she gave me my order with 3 ice creams no napking the kids mess on themselves and my car I am soo disappointed with Mc Donald's Gugulethu Mall customer service

Good day I bought a shoe a Rage cape town only worse the shoe 2 days apart it is torn in two two the shoe is torn apart what a waist of money how the he'll does someone buy a shoe and it only last for 2 days
