Great experience with the team and MC specifically. Our 14 year old fridge stopped working, and we thought it needed a good regas. We asked them to regas it for us.. and turns out it wasnt the only problem, they came back promptly the day after and refitted piping and the fridge works as expected again. Thank youuuu

Pathetic reliability. We've been put the whole day today with absolutely no feedback, after being out for a day days earlier. Service staff prompt, but once we got a reference number, and followed up late afternoon, they said it could take up to 24 hours. Still no internet. Useless. Definitely cant recommend them.
Do NOT trust Capitec Bank with your international payments, especially if it's your salary! DO NOT use them! This is the 4th month in one year that I had to beg for my salary to be released and each time, eventually, after WEEKS and WEEKS of back and forth (Docs here, docs there), they'll release your money! This is the 4th month (Almost consecutively) I've been waiting until the 8th or the 10th for my salary to be paid out to me, after my salary has been paid on the 23rd (Like EVERY other month) USELESS! First they blamed it on switching systems, but after that it's been happening ever since. I'll move as soon as I get this salary first.

You have been warned, trying to get a response out of their support centre, after numerous emails to them, WITH NO FEEDBACK, NO CALL BACK and NO EMAIL BACK as promised.<br> <br> I have been mailing them over the last couple of months to close my share investing account and they didn't get back to me and refused to respond where the account carries a monthly fee, and that fee comes from the account itself, meaning, that that account can run into an overdrawn account in a matter of a month or two at R40 pm, then after a few months, you get a warning sms that your account is overdrawn and they're going to deduct the money from your linked account. WITH NO OTHER WAY TO CONTACT THEM BESIDES EMAIL INFO IN THE SMS. But they politely ignore emails completely.<br> <br> They give you FIVE days to pay that outstanding amount or withdraw it from your linked account. I signed up for Telkom's Smart Home Advanced ADSL bundle on a 24 month contract with DTSV Explora about 12 months ago. We're now moving property and would like to keep the existing line at the current property and telkom can not unbundle the ADSL account to the line at the new property without the existing line.<br> <br> We can NOT move the line from the current house. So it's impossible to move the adsl contract to the new property.<br> <br> Getting help from Telkom Internet was a complete nightmare. We're being sent from Walkin centre to the house and phone them and then having to resort to email. But we cant get a cancellation fee from them because nobody has the permission to give us the fee.<br> <br> Please Telkom, we just need a cancellation fee, can you help us?
