Just like to say thank you to Mit Mak Motors with the vehicle I bought from them and the service I have received. I haven't bought a second hand car for several years now and was very sceptical in purchasing one. However the vehicle is in Minto condition and the service was excellent from day one. Yes and they listen when one talks to them. Thank you Beukes and Bobby for the excellent experience dealing with you as a car dealer.
Currently in the process of buying a vehicle. Been financing cars for years but now I'm not receiving a good interest rate. 12.57% is a very high interest rate for a loyal customer.
I recently upgraded my Vodacom contract. Unfortunately, Ram was the delivery service provider. I wasn't notified that my phone would have been delivered in advance. When the courier phoned me, he was very rude and said that my parcel can't be delivered to my parents' house that reside across the street from where I stay. Till now nothing has been done to resolve this matter. I have never experienced such terrible service in my entire lifetime.
In the past my upgrades went fluently without any issues. After most probably 20 years of having a relationship, my experience has been pathetic. I upgraded my contract and from the word go it has been a disaster. Your communication was only received after I received it from RAM. RAM didn't make contact for delivery in advance so the delivery couldn't be made as per RAM however it could have been delivered. Please contact me to cancel the upgrade and let's look at my other 4 off lines when can we terminate their contracts also my fiber line at home is out of contract so we can terminate that also.
Dear MTN, My dad is a pensioner and tried on numerous occasions to upgrade his contract of which is already long overdue to been upgraded. He has been to a numerous amount of your shops even been called and no one seems to be assisting him. Can you assist me to change his number to prepaid so that I can migrate him to Vodacom so that I can take a contract out for him on my name.
Dear ABSA Insurance, I have tried to call you to make changes to my policy without anyone answering. This made me wonder that if I can't get hold of you how am I going to register a claim or get assistance. Please can you make contact with me to cancel my policy after years of relationship. Thanks
I have upgraded my daughter's cell phone contract on the 3rd of July 2024 at Vodacom Festival Mall. The gentleman that assisted me (Johannes) was very helpful. I phoned in and spoke to him. He called me back arranged everything and 2 hours later after work collected the upgrade. Thank you. It is people like you that are going out of your way to assist and also build your organization to be better than competitors.
In 2022 I bought a brand-new Yamaha off road motorcycle. Now that I want to sell it, it seems like WesBank has no Natis or any manufacturer proof of the motorcycle. Why have I paid for services when financing the motorcycle if the services wasn't done. Now when I want this documentation from the dealer, I need to pay for it again.
My card was lost or ****** on Saturday. Someone used my cheque account card and made transactions. I haven't received any notifications on my banking app or SMS's. If I did, I could have stopped the card earlier.
Let's try for the 2nd time. Seeing that I didn't get any feedback the 1st time. My dad is a pensioner and recently reconnected his DSTV account again. The 1st payment was made as an eft. I then assisted him to activate his debit order. However, he was sent a text message to inform him to make a payment. He did so and then the following day his account was also debited. We have made contact without any resolution to obtain his payment. Please can you investigate the matter. The payments were made in May 2023.
