This is a ****, not even a legitimate company in South Africa despite misleading customers into believing they are locally based. The products are actually shipped from Hong Kong, yet I was charged courier fees—even though the items were sent via normal postal service to a Post Office. I only received my order after 3 months, and that was purely by luck. There was zero communication or updates from them throughout the entire process. Save your time and money—do not use this company.
I have received sms and email notification from Fastway couriers for the payment of import duty and VAT on a shipment. They only provides a payment link https://acspay.co.za/..... which does not work, it returned as a Phishing link by Norton anti-virus as well as AVG on three different desktop pc's as well as via my browser on my cell. I have contacted Fastway and they cannot provide me with a Bank account for me to pay the customs and VAT and say I MUST USE the link supp**** by them. This is totally unacceptable and put clients in harms way by forcing clients to pay via a phishing link!
Placed an online order for R1580. Received confirmation email from them for my order on 8 January 2026 with a note that the processing will be completed in 3-5 working days, and that I will then receive an email notification with my tracking number and tracking link. This should have been sent 5 days later which would have been 13 January 2016 and according to them Delivery via courier takes 2 working days thereafter, which would have been 15 January 2026. Today is 19 January 2026, I have not received any further notice from them, not my parcel, and they have ignored my two emails I have send and also no response on Whatsapp. Definitely not a place that I will order from again and to all potential clients of them, stay clear as they will de***** you!
Pretty shocking systems. Payments almost always say 'failed'. Though on my Bank statement is shows that the transaction went through. I had paid now twice for the same customs and VAT. This is either deliberately false reporting to get you to pay again or seriously poor coding on the part of their developers. Fastway are going to have to get their act together as this is unacceptable.

Nice little gem with excellent hosting and delicious food. Ample parking in front as well as the back. Well worth a visit!
Transferred money to my Wallet on their site, selected tickets, the money was transferred out of my wallet but no tickets were registered or send - they just stole the money. I have send several emails to ithuba but they just note that there was a problem on their server on 2 May 2025 and that a refund was issued - however, it is the 16th today and I still have not received my money back. Useless service!!
I have topped my Ithuba wallet up with R300 on 2 May 2025. I have selected tickets for the amount of R260 to play. However, the transaction did not go through and no lotto ticked was issued to me though the R260 was deducted from my Wallet. Various emails later, I was informed that the money will be returned to my Wallet as Ithuba experienced some web error on 2 and 3 May 2025. However, to date, the 10th of May 2025, no credit was received. To me this is *****, money taken from my Wallet, they know it was an error but still no refund/credit to me and I must now chase my money - useless service and totally unprofessional!

This is a ****. I have ordered more than two weeks ago and have not received any item, nor even a tracking number for my shipment from them. I have sent two emails to them without receiving any response. JUST STAY CLEAR OF THEM!
