I order at Spar Kasselvlei via SPAR2U and they couldn't satisfy half my order and now call centre is saying my refund will take over 7 working days to process!! What makes me more angry is that when I tip delivery, it is based on the size of the order and what I deem fair! SO, to find that half of my delivery was not satisfied makes me super angry!! This was a delivery meant for my daughter who stays in a different province than me and I am very disappointed in this service in spoiling what was meant to be a special delivery of goodies to her!
After an hour and a half on the telephone with Checkers Sixty60 and Discovery Bank, my order finally only went through because I thought to use the laptop instead of the APP. This is after a month of struggling with the Checkers app to get a successful payment even though Discovery approval is showing on my side! By the time it went through, my order time doubled to a 2hour wait for my delivery!!

Over two months ago I realised that my sunglass holder in my Tiggo 4 Pro ADAS no longer closes. I then went to CHERY MIDRAND to get assistance. They then inspected the part while I waited in the waiting area. Thereafter informed that the thing that clips it closed is broken. I assume they also took pictures etc. They said I/they would get a response after 48-72 hours from head office as my car is still under warranty (I had purchased it BRAND NEW at the end of 2023). It has been two months with NO FEEDBACK. I had called I think once or twice after with them promising to contact me back, but nothing. I have now noticed what could also be a similar issue with my cabby hole and becoming rather disappointed with the purchase. I mainly interchanged my aviators with my spectacles in that space and only have my service book and spectacle case in my cabby hole, so I am not certain why I have to tolerate the poor quality.
I ordered pizza from Pizza Perfect Vorna Valley which is 3mins away from my place. I placed an order at 10:19, when the delivery didn't arrive at 10:51, I called them and they told me the driver just left. Really by 11 he arrived but MY PIZZA WAS COLD!!! What the heck is that??? Poor poor service I must say!
I made an online order on 25 September. There was no COLLECTION option on the order, only DELIVERY. Delivery was scheduled for 3 October. The day came and they said they would deliver by 5. 5pm hit and it was rescheduled to be delivered by 7pm on the 4th. On the morning of the 5th while tracking my order, they said I had rescheduled due to unavailability! That time NO ONE attempted to get ahold of me. On the 5th I called TAKEALOT THREE TIMES (Melissa at 12pm, Lwethu at 3pm and Cleo at 5pm) trying to follow up with my order and them assuring me they would definitley deliver!! today is the 6th and I still do not have my order! It is THREE DAYS LATE, A WHOLE TWO WEEKS of waiting and I have heard NOTHING! WHAT THE HECK???
Today(03/05/2023) from 2pm, after wanting clarity on a refund that was due to me, I called the contact centre and spoke to a Charmaine. After feeling rushed by her service, I asked to be put through to someone else of which she obliged. This was her not telling me that this was a switch board and ultimately all calls go through her. I waited online with no assistance fluctuating from be number 1 on the queue to 4 then, 5, 2, 6 and back at 1 and then being sent back where there was. I waited for over an hour in the queue with no assistance. I assume as she was ignoring my call (caller identity) the entire time. I still have not gotten clarity on my refund!!!!
I ordered a pizza online that I was supposed to wait about 30-45mins for. I am now at an hour and a half, the online tracking was unavailable so I called the number displayed for the store but it took me to the call centre. The person I was eventually put through to said he will check and get back to me and he didn't!!! I then called 20mins later and this girl called Lerato kept me on hold for 10 minutes without ever even getting any of my information until the phone cut!! To say I am peak annoyed is an understatement!! I want a refund and I don't even now how to go about it!!! I am ****ED.
I applied for an increase to my overdraft on 20 September. It was approved and I received the customer agreement over email. It has been 7 days of me following up and being taken from pillar to post with consultants not knowing what is going on. Yesterday a secure chat consultant said they do not see any application on my profile! Yet when I try do a new application, it gets declined. Although my overdraft still appears on the previous amount, I do not want to be liable for monies I did not receive because the customer agreement was sent to me!!! What is going on at that bank????? I refuse to let this go without getting a clear explanation!
I bought an Aldo bag on Superbalist in November. One of the handles has since fallen off. HOW for such a high priced item. Only to here from my sister that she experienced the same with a handbag she received as a gift less than a year ago! Rubbish rubbish finishes!! I will never buy a handbag there again
