Booked accommodation with FREE cancellation until 14 June. Cancelled the booking on 8 April. Cancellation policy states: full refund within 14 calendar days. It has now been TWENTY ONE calendar days. The property does not respond to any messages. Booking.com now claims that I have to read the PROPERTY'S cancellation policy. This AFTER one of their consultants confirmed telephonically that since the property had not responded BOOKIN.COM will process a FULL refund within 48 hours of receiving my bank statement. It has now been 3 days and they keep giving me the run around instead of processing my refund.
I was double charged for the Visa application fee of R465. You have to PAY this fee in order to even GET AN APPOINTMENT. AT the appointment the consultant charged it AGAIN. It has now been THREE WEEKS of my trying to get my money back without ANY response from these people...
My mother has been in the ICU for 6 weeks. She was seen by Dr. Liezl Steyn, Neurologist. We received a message from the nursing staff that the Doctor tried to reach us. We went to the reception and they called the Dr. She was unavailable. Then I got a message from her via reception that " she is not on call and she knows I am looking for her so I can contact her in business hours". Which I did - left a message with her secretary - I am still waiting for her call. Called 2 more times - no answer. The matter was reported to the Hospital Management via the Matron on Call, Sr. Carol: still waiting for THEM to call me back. Laid a complaint on Medi-Clinic's website - what a joke, STILL no call... I am a doctor myself, who just so happens to refer lots of patients to Mediclinic Midstream - no more. Furthermore my mother was MISMANAGED in their ICU to such a point that I moved her to Netcare Unita's, before she died at Midstream.
I upgraded my nr on 6 January. Then Vodacom *****ULENTLY upgraded another number WHICH WAS CANCELLED 5 YEARS AGO and now I have a THREE THOUSAND RAND BILL! I also changed my bank details on 7 March and when I called them today about the R3000 bill, my details were NOT upgraded. PATHETIC SERVICE, PATHETIC!!!!!
DESPITE the fact that I went into Coricraft Centurion and ordered my couches BY NAME AND COLOUR the *****ic sales person first did an invoice with only 1 three seater in stead of 2. I showed her the mistake. Then she proceeded to put the WRONG couches on the invoice. After I paid I got the “correct” invoice for and EXTRA R8200!!!! When I looked at the “correct” invoice sure as h*ll she ordered the WRONG COLOUR!!!!! So THREE mistakes on 1 order!!!!!!
Don’t know why I have to pay their exorbitant monthly account fees in order to get a “personal banker”. Man called me once and disappeared. Did not even assist with the original complaint and I don’t even know who he is as I requested an email with his details that I still have not received, 5 MONTHS down the line. PATHETIC!!
Placed an order with both products IN STOCK with “next day delivery” as an option. At check out dated changed to a week later. NO WAY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS, PATHETIC!!!!! GET A *******ED PHONE NUMBER!!!!!!
*****ulent charges added to Vodacom account. My latest Vodacom Statement had an unauthorised charge for R1099, no date, simply “Microsoft AppStore” on it. I called Vodacom: this was the NONSENSE they spewed: it is on your phone automatically, you don’t have to buy it… go open a case of ***** against Vodacom at the police…you did authorise the charge because it is on the account… They then told me to contact Microsoft directly. On my Microsoft account: no purchases for 3 months, no subscriptions, no linked devices and no payment methods…SO THE CHARGE WAS EITHER ALLOCATED TO THE WRONG ACCOUNT OR SOMEONE *****ULENTLY USED MY VODACOM ACCOUNT AND VODACOM DOES NOT GIVE A **** ABOUT THE ***** COMMITTED ON MY ACCOUNT. Oh and guess what,Microsoft told me to contact Vodacom. I HAVE A F***ING IPHONE WHY THE F*** WOULD I PURCHASE SOMETHING FROM THE MICROSOFT APPSTORE??!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Hannelie van Tonder is not only *********** she is also ********* and negligent. She attended to a transfer on behalf of a seller. There were at least 2 disputes between the parties. NEVERTHELESS she proceeded to lodge the transaction WITHOUT even NOTIFYING us, the purchasers, FULL WELL KNOWING there was not only a dispute but also breach of contract! She is also on FNB’s panel so if your bond gets allocated to them DEMAND a different attorney.
