I got EDT instead of EDP
Order B7881792-01 I ordered EDP perfume and they send me EDT perfume and the is a difference of R200.00. I only saw the perfume after opening it. They couldn’t have notified me is they don’t have EDP in stock as it is my preference. I am a regular online customer but this time I am dearly disappointed.

Today I went to Nando’s Menlyn Drive Tru and bought 1/2 chicken hot with extra sauce, but when I get home there was not extra sauce on my chicken. I love Nando’s chicken with extra source that’s why I requested it it’s even written on the receipt. My order no is 616. I am not happy with the service I got from them. Four credit enquiries on my credit report
Two credit enquiries I did online business loan application and the was four credit enquiries done by Fnb. It was done on the 22, 25 and I complaint but the person who assisted me with the enquiry told me it's a system that's does that. On the 27th I received another enquiry, then I was amazed on the 28 another one the fourth 1, now this is crazy. Four hard inquiries on my Credit report. I wonder what's gonna be FNB explanation on this one. This is affecting my credit score and badly soooooo. Mokgapi transport and projects. Registration 2018/466801/07 please see to it that you fix it or I am taking it further. Even considering closing my two business account with FNB. I am not safe

Incompetence in Service department
Today when I was about to start my car it gave problem s, and I called Kia Silverlakes service department and I was assited by young female, we spoke same language Setswana. I told her that my car has a problem with Malfunction indicator lamp. She asked for my cellphone number and she told me that my car was serviced by Hatfield and I should call Hatfield branch. ***********. She should have just given me Kia Road Assistant number. Then I called Hatfield, Ashanti assisted me by just giving me Road Assistance number and the problem was solved. Thank you Ashanti for you help. My worries is an the Services I got at Services department Silverlakes. The girl is *********** and did not want to do her job. And apparently when I call road Assistant the car was booked to Silverlakes where I did not get help at first approach. (1st call). Just forgot to take the girl's name.

Please do not deliver the Biscuits
Yesterday when the lady from makro wonerboom called me, she told me that they are out of stock on sugar. I told her that they must cancel the whole order even the Biscuits. To my surprise when I get an email, they cancelled the sugar but not the Biscuits. I am not gonna pay for R50 delivery fee, cause I always make sure that whenever I order at Makro I order more that R500 to avoid delivery fee. So now they are sending me Biscuits that I dont want which is gonna cost me R50 extra. Please tell your driver to not deliver those Biscuits. And will be waiting for refund on those Biscuits.
