Good day I am Yonela Nomnganga who reside at Bertrams, I app**** for Nsfas early then on the 17th of December 2025 i received an sms asking to upload missing documents they sent a link to downloada declaration form and submit in 5 business working day, failure to upload my application will be declined since , of which I did as instructed. I do have my mother's death certificate i have been running around asking for Social workers to fill in my declaration where it states Social worker must fill it. I have been running around all Social workers in Johannesburg some are closed because of holidays, some are saying they were instructed by Social development not to fill Nsfas application any more. I went to Social development they refused to fill it in, claiming i must be in their system or i must go to Eastern Cape where i matriculated, my question which school is open now, why do Nsfas choose to reply to its applicants during busy December holidays? If no one can help where does that put me? I am very stressed i have been calling Nsfas 2 times, they place any caller in their queue of calls and it counts calls from 90 once you reach to be 3 after 2 hours holding they drop the call, what is that? Please help me I'm at need of studying i am not working i rely on Nsfas to approve i thank you. I'm a very furious old lady with rea vaya services June 2025 when i went to the station as per usual in Carlton center station but my tag refused to tap then i went to the managers office where she told me ,cables are ****** and also told me they're introducing new system that will no longer use use the kind of card I am using even though it will expire 2027. She took my card and broke it infront of my eyes and give me 9 single trip to use,then on the 30th of June the single trip card she gave me refused to tap-in then by one of their employee referred me to the managers office after explaining these single trips card don't work anymore, on the 4th of July I was in her office she was not there sitting on the freezing cold until i return back home,on the 6th of July i went back she was not there 11th she was not in her office i will always be sitting in the hoping she will come ,in a cold station with no water,then on the 15th of July i was there again she never showed up. I communicated with her via WhatsApp about my complaint she promised to get back to me it was on the 30th of July she never, now I'm currently using my child card to travel to where i want go then on Sunday in the Ellis park station their employee told me they're introducing old pensioner cards I must come and collect it on the 1st or 2nd of December in selected station Indeed on the 1st I went to library gardens station no employee there around past 1:00 to 14:00 I went and approach a lady that was counting their buses and enquire about she said she doesn't know, then I was sent to another one whom when I get to her she said she knows nothing about it, I must go to UJ campus square station maybe i will be assisting what kind of service is that? Employees don't know what is newly introduced and those services are not there can rea vaya sort it self out with their staff and that manager mend what she promised and never revert back to me i am very disappointed with this company ripping olders out,where to go fromhere.

Good afternoon on the 20th of August i wrote a complaint about my fridge i bought at Fair Price, defy never rep**** so that they sent a technician or refund my money.
I am furious 😠 On the 20 August 2025 at 9:56 i wrote a complaint here on hello-peter about Defy whom they keep on communicating via email but never send a technician todo inspection my fridge. Attend to my matter soon pension money is about to be sent I'm here wondering how I'm going to keep food , in this fridge without being spoiled.
Morning i am a pensioner i who whose been fooled and played by 2 big companies 19 December 2024 i bought a Defy water despenser fridge at Fair price 48 Pritchard street, car Rissik street Johannesburg CBD Gauteng for R 6000 i paid cash exclusive the delivery fee i paid R250. Their guarantee is 2 years then April i noticed the fridge has a problem it freeze on top but the freezer is at the bottom but with this everything i put on top freeze, then June 5th i went to report the matter then i was assisted by Lucky he gave me his number and the defy number. Then they sent a technician that came and change the botton that ables to adjust the fridge temperature and left. But it encountered the same problem then i went back to the shop it still do the same thing, when ever i go there i take public transport as i can not walk to town they sent another technician again on the 7 of August 2025 when he comes he claim there is nothing wrong with the fridge, he shift it left and right i told him how come he claim he has it fixed yet it's still freezing we had an argument cause just shifting it and claim its going tobe ok that's not i expectedas i am the one sufferingif the fridge i paid to keep my food and last long but now things get spoiled , he asked me to sign papers that he fixed the fridge i refused asked for his name he refused and gave me his contact number **********. But same thing continues on the 8th August i went back to the shop i got assisted by a shop manager he called Defy then the Defy told him they should rather replace the fridge or send the manager to come and check the fridge then i will get a new one, I came back on the 15th i went back again i found lucky who sold the fridge to as their sales representative, he promised to report to the manager then I went back home. 18th of August 2025 i received a call from Fair price manager that he is confused the matter is out of his hands because he contacted Defy and told him I as a customer i am happy my fridge is fixed, what makes me furious i struggle with what i paid for guarantee is still on I'm going up and down nothing is fixed but being ****,i want my money back or they should take their fridge and bring the new one i am tired please help as a pensioner and old woman,if the matter is out of the shop manager's hand i thank you.
