Discovery health customer care worthless.I called due to a wrongly debit rder taken that was concelled fromm vitality.I was put trough from one deparment to the next and after 30 min of holding was transfred to discovery health again.I had to repaet my story four times only to be trandfered back to vitality whre the ast person who assited me was finaly able to help fast. this whle process took me 40 min with the other 4 people
we are continuosly going an off line whilst the router shows on line Rain customer care on the app always say reset or restart but no luck. Then they say they wil log a ticket nobody will contact you then after 24 hours t will come on only to do the same thing 2 days later

My brand new isuzu bakkie use brakefliud in 6 months had to fill the system 3 times as the fliud level drops to empty suddenly. One day it is full the next day empty then stay full for a few weeks then the same thing happen. I reported this to the service department and they said they canf find any thing. I aksed for the workshop manaeger to call me up to now after 4 days no call or feed back

Ouitsurance is misleading people with their R500 promise ad. I got a sms for a money saving from outsurance and they called me.I told the consultant that outsurance tried before theu could not beat my current insurance premium. and it they paid me a year ago. He insisted to qoute me.He came it at more than double the premuim. when i told him u see I told you you wont beat Naked insurance now you owe me money he started back tracking and said ok the head office will send me an e mail to sort out the R500. What a farce
Ikhokha customer care @ supprt is non existant. I send e mails about problems the never answer or contact me after any isssue i might have.
Fastway couriers are playing games. they used to be fast now always late. My parcel has been on board and off board the delivery vehicle since the 8th August. the parcel was left in bay 2 and then on the vehicle back in bay 2 again for the past 7 days they are lying
CCD is supposed to deliver my parcel from rain now waiting 20 days. they called twice to say they will deliver the next day then again to say this week early by 8:00 . now no notice no feed back.CCD called me to confirm a week agao for delivery yet no news from them
