Claim was finalized and still no payout . No communication from them i keep calling no one can give me proper answers I'm really disappointed in my insurance company
Linmeyer has had no internet connecting since Friday the 08 September 2023 till today the 12 Sep. I made numerous calls to MetroFibre Networx and all I'm getting is that they are working on site . I called in today and spoke to a person by the name of RIA WOODWORK Was very rude and had no understanding what so ever . I need feedback as into when will my connection be restored. I called mweb regarding my billing as i cannot pay for the 4 days that i did not have network , i need billing to subtract those days as i will not be paying for days that i had no network.

Very terrible service with uber package delivery. I requested a uber package delivery on the 26th August 2023 i canceled it about 5 mins after collection as I didn't add all the items . it was canceled successfully but the driver did not bring my package back till today the 28 August 2023. getting hold of uber is a total disaster
It is with a bitter taste that I am highlighting the distasteful and disgusting customer service Telkom store at the Glen Shopping Center and its warranty department ‘Pinnacle Warranty’ has treated me with. I purchased a laptop and printer in 2022. Laptop has since not being working to its desired capacity. I had brought the matter to Telkom at the Glen Shopping’s attention and I was advised to send emails back and forth with their warranty company Pinnacle. Please note… I had to do the work they were employed for. I received the laptop back from Pinnacle on the 10.08.2023, with communication that the issue was resolved by replacing the hard drive, as mentioned by Pinnacle to have been the reason behind the terribly slow response. To my surprise, the slow response was worst then before handing the machine over to Pinnacle. I visited the Telkom store at The Glen Shopping center on the 14.08.2023 and WOW, the incompetence, lack of empathy, the carelessness and nonchalant behavior towards providing the service which I pay for, is utterly unfavorable at that store. None of the ladies at the Telkom store wanted to provide any service to me and told me there’s nothing they can do. I asked to speak to a supervisor in the store and they stated there was no supervisor available. I will also highlight Telkom at the Glen to the CPA. I have all my immediate family on the Network service provider and have recommended my father-in-law as well. Enjoy my service while it last, as it will be cut short in the not too distant future.

This morning the 19 May 2023 at 5.17am , My back year beam went off that trigged the alarm. I disarmed the alarm. While doing that adt calls as per usual to confirm if everything is okay , We asked them to be come out as we were unsure what trigged the alarm. They agreed a vehicle will be dispatched. To my dismay 7 to 10 mins later adt was no show. and at this stage we are uneasy as we were not sure weather the person that trigged the alarm was still in the yard or not. We called back 7 mins later to enquire about our safety not being a priority for the service being paid for, unfortunately there was a breakage in communication. ADT CARED LESS to return my call. I then contacted ADT 6 hours later, time approx. just after 11am. I spoke to a supposed team leader named Dudu and she stated a vehicle was dispatched. I mentioned to Dudu I wouldn't be in my right state of mind to complain about a vehicle that supposedly was dispatched. She promised me to investigate and give me feedback soon. 9 hours later, at 8:20pm I contacted ADT again as my they are not adhering to our contract on providing security. I spoke to Samkelisiwe (Team leader),very helpful lady. I laid my frustrations with her as she told me she will investigate what Dudu had promised to do as it was not done and apologized on Dudu not doing her work. I would like to highlight the terrible service I am receiving based on a signed contract with ADT for rendering a service in securing my life, my belongings and the safety of my family. I am utterly DISAPPOINTED at their carelessness, non-sympathetic and non-empathy displayed in this regard. AND HERE THEY ARE BUSY MARKETING THEIR SERVICES IN LINMEYER. As I arrived with ADT from Lenasia, my previous property.
Order #128537565 Order #128536388 On the 11 May 2023 i placed 2 orders for next day delivery and paid R50. All the items I choose had the next day delivery logo; at checkout it offered next day delivery. I even amended my cart so that o could get next day delivery. There was nothing about only certain items delivered for next day. the agent is telling my order was split and only available items was delivered quite frankly this is bull****. I want the rest of my order today the 13 May 2023. If I don’t get the rest of my order today the 13 May 2023. Please refund my R50 That I paid for next day delivery and a satisfactory apology.
I bought a takkie for my daughter on November 2022 and the takkie us already open in the front . I however dont have the receipt i need assistance pleese
We had a terrible experience. the 27 Dec 2022 we visited the theme park . the place was absolutely packed. We waited for more then 1 and a half hours for a ride , i got to the park at 10.30 and was only able to do 4 rides . Gold reef city theme park should restrict tickets and only allow a certain amount per day so that we can get our monies worth and enjoy the experience.
