Our internet and telephones have been down at least 50% of the time this year. Every time we report it the call is closed without the technician testing and I have to report the line again as I get the useless sms . Again our internet is up and down. The technician came yesterday and managed to completely break it. We have no internet and our main line is dead and yet \the call has been resolved\". Do these technicians not test anymore? Is it so hard to come into the business and check everything is working? Will I have to wait another 2 days so my business can continue to function? <br> Surely the tech should come into the company and get the fault signed off instead of going to sleep under a tree somewhere? It's a disgrace. This is a continuous problem and every time a technician comes I have to relog the call due to their incompetence. I have a \"managers\" number, his name is warren. I have called Vodacom I believe it is 7 times since October last year to have the signal in Eastgate shopping centre sorted out.<br> To date absolutely nothing has been done, no feedback whatsoever. All I get are generic messages for service agents who never follow up. This is a regional shopping centre for heavens sake with millions of people visiting every month. 50% of the lower level has no signal and most of the upper level. Your own Vodacom store has zero signal and your agents have to walk outside to test for customers, it's an embarrassment! Our speedpoints work on your SIM cards, half the stores cannot use their credit card machines and are losing money because of your incompetence! Wake up!! I pay on average R2000 a month and I cannot make or receive calls when I'm at work. Stop being the laughing stock of Eastgate and get your technicians to fix your mess!
I bough the new food lovers honey and poppy seed salad dressing. I have no idea who does the taste testing for their products, but they need their tastebuds checked. It's absolutely vile! There isn't even a hint of honey, nor of poppy seed, just a vile, sour and burnt pepper taste, my wife actually said it tastes like vomit smells. It's practically inedible. Spoilt my families dinner and landed up throwing away R100 worth of salad. Very disappointing that food lovers would bottle this concoction and put it on their shelves.
Wimpy'a new prices are insane! I understand that food has gone up, but R50 for a processed piece of chicken and a bun? R20 for a can of Coke, R70 for a double processed cheese burger??<br> You must be joking! Not a family restaurant anymore, just cheap processed food sold at a premium! Steers offers combos with a drink for less than a double burger at wimpy. Inexcusable pricing!!!
I'm sitting in the Cape Town airport waiting in a queue for a flight that was meant to board at 3:35pm. A full flight and everyone standing around in the queue not moving. Do not fly this airline. I travel often. Flysafair you can run a clock to. This must be the 10th late flight I've had on this airline. Never again!!
I first went to return an item at this store. The staff is lazy, uninterested and abrupt. My credit was R350, for this I waited 1hr50mins!! Over the course of an hour I waited for the store manager who never arrived. An absolute disgrace with one person giving less of a damn than the next. I then purchased a grass trimmer today. I get home and open the box and the item is second hand!! It's used, broken and covered in oil!!! Game does not advertise used goods! This is unacceptable. So now I have to go back to the store, deal with the same useless and miserable staff to get a credit. It's a pity I enjoyed shopping at game, but I guess I will be buying my appliances elsewhere in future.
I applied for my line to be moved 2 weeks ago. I applied online which one shouldn't do as their site will mess up all your details and will put your old address as the new one. After spending 207minutes on the phone with numerous calls to change to my new address the technician arrives this morning. AT MY OLD ADDRESS!!! He kindly comes to the new address and guess what it's not his area and he can't access the exchange!!! I call Telkom and get a ref which the guy can't sms me because their systems don't do that I'm told! So here I sit with no phone and no internet. The one lady kept me on the phone for 1h40mins trying to spell the address right! For heavens sake hire people who can spell!!! Wish their was an alternative, but they can't allow that as they would be broke within a month. A joke and a reflection of the government run organizations in this country.
So my account the last few months has been excessive. Like thousands of others being scammed by vodacon I queried this and being told it's the smartphone I use, the same one with the same settings I've used for almost 2 years. <br> After endless calls and logged queries which take at least a month to get back to you I received a ridiculous generic answer that it might be Facebook, twitter, Wikipedia etc. Vodacom obviously thinks everyone uses these so blame them to cover their theft.<br> My account was suspended yesterday, the entire day as I refused to pay while this investigation was or wasn't being done, who knows? So I pay the R5500 inflated bill and get my phone back. I call Vodacom to check what my usage was for the day and what do you know I apparently used 220MB while my service was suspended.<br> <br> This proves that Vodacom is stealing people's money, charging for data not used and are generally a corrupt and sick company. It is time for the public to come together bring a class action suit against these fraudsters.
I stayed in an apartment from Koos. Apart from the unacceptable noise levels in the area Koos is an absolute outright thief. His caretaker Marius told me to give the keys to the security upon checking out. <br> His useless security then lost the keys and now he will not return our deposit. He also says I left the couch dirty, so he charged to clean it. <br> He claims he had to pay to replace all the locks and access cards, yet he refuses to show any proof that this was indeed done. <br> I have stated that his caretaker should be responsible for the charges as he is the one who told me to leave the key with his security.<br> He now has the audacity to tell me that the time HE spent changing locks was worth more than R2000, this after saying a locksmith was called in, so Koos who changed the locks if anyone?<br> Avoid [URL Removed] like the plague unless you to want your deposit to go towards Koos' pocket money!<br> I see we are not the only people to have been ripped-off by Koos!
Tonight we went to get some drive thru takeaways. The guy taking the orders was just SO FRIENDLY and happy he made our night! Once we went to pay we saw him again and he was still friendly and efficient! The food was already waiting at the next window and the staff was great there too! The manager also passed by and greeted us with a huge smile. From previous visits to Burger King Norwood is SPARKLING CLEAN. You can eat off the floors!<br> Everyone was just so helpful and smiling like they actually enjoy working there! Burgerking Norwood is our new favourite!! It really was just great service after a long, looong day. <br> Definitely don't get this type of service in South Africa!<br> Thanks Burger King <br>
