In December 2023, I purchased clothes from the Ackermans store at Wonderpark Mall. However, due to incorrect sizing, I returned the items in January 2024. As per the store’s policy, I was issued a voucher instead of a cash refund, for the value of R519.80. I received an SMS confirming the voucher and its validity until 09 January 2027. I have attached herewith the screenshot of the sms. On 09 January 2025, I visited the Wonderpark Mall store to redeem the voucher. Initially, I was unable to locate the SMS, and the store manager informed me that without the SMS, the voucher could not be redeemed, effectively forfeiting my entitlement. After searching diligently on my phone, I located the SMS and proceeded to use the voucher. However, when the teller entered the voucher number, I was informed that the voucher did not exist in the system. After further attempts, the system showed an available balance of R345.95 instead of the original amount of R519.80. Despite my insistence that I had not used the voucher previously, the teller could not explain the discrepancy. I am deeply dissatisfied with this experience and the lack of clarity provided by your staff. As a loyal customer, I expect Ackermans to uphold its commitments and provide transparent, fair service. I request the following: A detailed explanation for the reduction in the voucher balance from R519.80 to R345.95. Reimbur*****t of the full amount of R519.80. Now they are shifting the blame to Tenacity Financial Services. The transactions were made with Ackerman's not Tenacity Financial Services
I ordered a meal from Nandos NelPark amounting to R229.80 that was debited TWICE from my account, amounting to R459.60. THE FOOD NEVER ARRIVED. MY KIDS SLEPT HUNGRY!! THE ORDER IS NOT EVEN LISTED IN MY ORDER HISTORY. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY. I have sent e-mails and I'm being referred from pillar to post. Their website "HELP' button is not even relevant to my situation. No one is willing to help. All I know is that I want my money paid back into my account.

I made an upgrade in September 2021 and I was expecting a R1000 take a lot voucher. Since then, everytime I call no one wants to help me and I'm told different stories. Vodacom scammed me and all I want to do now is to cancel this contract with immediate effect because I was sold lies. The contract was - NO PHONE + 20GB DATA X1 + R1000 takealot voucher @ R125pm on Red Flexi 125. Can someone help me get my voucher or else cancel this contract because I was lied to.
Used Uber Eats to order McDonald's. They delivered from Pretoria West They captured wrong order on their till and delivered order with missing item. Uber driver was very rude shouting at me when I tried to explain.
I was expecting a parcel and the Courier Guy was supposed to deliver it to my address. I ordered the parcel in September 2020 from overseas. When I enquired from the company they confirmed that the parcel was sent and is with the courier guy. When I call them they tell me the parcel was delvered. I don't know where they delivered the parcel and no one want to give me answers. They keep on dropping my calls. I called their number 0861 203 203 and they have confirmed that the parcel was with the pretoria office and they said I must find out from them on the number 087 097 0451. I called the number and the staff there keep on dropping my calls when I want to know what happened to my parcel. I want to know the driver that claims that he delivered the parcel to me and I also want to know who signed for it because to my understanding the receiver must produce identity to ensure that they are the rightful owner of the parcel. I'm told Morne is the area manager but he keeps avoiding me when I call. Same applies to everyne who picks up the phone at their office. I'm holding them responsible for my parcel and want them to refund me if they cannot locate where they delivered my parcel. Waybill: TCG27765309
In June 2020 I sent a change of banking details to Metropolitan for my funeral cover. To my surprise in November they tell me that my policy has lapsed. After explaining to them that my debit order details were changed and that I got that confirmation, they realized their mistake and made necessary changes on their side as they have initially ignored my email. On 25 Nov 2020, they have debited my account with R380.00 (monthly premium R95.00) saying they are debiting for the previous months that my policy was not debiting. I was assured that my policy has been updated and active and that going forward they will debit the correct account. Now today I'm told my policy lapsed long time ago and cannot be activated. Why did Metropolitan take my R380.00 from my account in November 2020? Again, is the policy not lapsing after 3 months of not being paid? They always say calls are recorded. Can they please check my conversation with them in Nov 2020. I want this policy reactivated as soon as possible. I have 2 policies with metropolitan of which I'm paying R841.00 monthly for the other one. I'm now thinking otherwise.
I bought a fridge at OK Furniture Marapyane (Katale Square) on 27 November 2020. I bought it cash. The promised to deliver the following day. Never delivered and no contact was made from them to let me know of the delay. Finally when they delivered on 19 December 2020, the fridge is not working. Replace the fridge or give my money back. I don't want it to be fixed. I want a new one.
I have paid my debts and they are now refusing to issue me with a clearance certificate. Every time I call I'm told a different story. No one is interested. They are only interested and convincing when they manipulate you into going into the debt review. I won't advise anyone to do their debt review with Debt Rescue. Unprofessional! Even when I was still paying money was not allocated properly. They make clients contact credit providers directly. I thought that was their job.
I took my car for service on 15 February 2018 for service. Today it is 23 February 2018 and my car is still with them. I get a promise on a daily basis that I will get my car the following morning and that never happens. Nobody calls to give me an update of what is happening to my car. They always wait for me to call. Yesterday, 22 Feb 2018 I went to the dealer and they promised that I will get my car today and they will call me in the morning to tell me the progress. Until now, 13H43, no one has called. I'm already used to this meaning I'm not getting my car today. I struggle a lot in terms of transport to work and to take my daugter to school. It is very dangerous for me to be travelling with a laptop downtown. I arrive home late and my daughter is always late at school due to relying on public transport. I explained this to the dealer and they told me they do not have any means of transport to assist me with.
