Incompetence. Takes a month to process application even with all documents submitted
Lodged a claim on the 27th June up to date no settlement even after sending their assessor and submitting all necessary documents. As a small bussines a depend on my equipment to work with an insurer like this one will close door
Bad service , calls or request logged in not attended to. Simply ignores request from clients
I bought a shoe in January , which i returned the day after cause it was tight. I was promised that they will order and will come with the march stock. I am now told it will not came in and they are refusing to refund
Failure to respond to my request Sent several messages to forex department, compliments department 3 weeks later the matter has not yet been resolve and they cant even explain where my money is
Wrote and sent contract cancellation letter in September. Received a response that my request will be attended. The cancellation gave the month of October as notice. Came November MTN invoiced and debited my account. No services loaded to my line. On enquiry they apologized and said all is in order. Come December my account was debited again they further sent a message for me to settle the November invoice.
I sent a email on the 21st September to cancel my contract. Received a response that my request will be forwarded to relevant department on the 27 September. I was to give them a month notice , came 1st November they but the debit through my account. On enquiry I was told thr cancellation was not actioned. Whose fault is it if they dont attend to thier emails. The cancellation line is never answered that is why I sent email.
I ordered and paid for clothes in august . Was told I'll receive my parcel middle September. The parcel has not left the country of origin . No direct contact. Only standard automatic response when I send Messages
Worse service ever. Parcel arrived at sandton center on the 10th December. Since then no movement. When I called was given different explanation and empty promises. Recently the line is not even picked up. I went to the sandton centre was told the parcel not there but the website reports is sitting at the sandton centre
Supply faultt furniture Take time to replace then Gives a headache when suppose to refund
