I usually buy the 6+2 frozen pies from Makro. Steak and Kidney and Pepper steak have been great. This time I decided to try the chicken pies. These are horrible and there is no chicken at all inside. Maybe the stew but they use something like Soya to try mimmick the chicken texture. This is not even close. Its more like jelly or over hydrated soya. This is false advertising
FNB Law on Call have proven to be completely useless!! I have previously had to go privately due to their lack of care and unprofessional staff for another matter. This month I opened a Law on Call claim online which is supposed to be attended to in less than 48Hrs. Days later I receive a call and request to be called back the following day so I can gather my information as I was also on the road. The call was cut and the next day I receive an sms stating the case has been closed. A week or so later I opened another claim as I have gathered all information to proceed with the claim. 2 days later I called to follow up. Information received is that the previous claim which was closed would be used so the same person would be dealing with it. I requested a change of advisor as I was yet to receive a call. The lady mentioned on Wednesday that by the end of the day I should receive a call. No call was received. I called on Thursday afternoon as it was then another 48 hours past. I relayed the information and was told that the initial advisor was on leave till the next week. Why give cases to someone who is not available to deliver in the specified time ??? I requested escalation to which the 2IC mentioned they will ensure the supervisor is aware and a call back will be initiated. Its mid day on Monday and nobody seems to care about the matter. a whole week later and I have not received a single call from FNB. I have been the one making calls. FNB Law on Call has let me down once again! This is disgusting service recieved!
Tracking device stopped working on June 16. No call whatsoever from cartrack. Even for battery disconnects I stopped receiving calls months ago. I called through to find out where my vehicle was as it was not near me and CarTrack could not locate it at all. A few days of them resetting device and asking me to call again the next day. (This is the service you can expect). I requested a cancellation as I have been paying for a service that they cannot deliver on. On 26 July I also called accounts department to request a refund for the one month as service was not working. I further requested cancellation of the month to month contract which is 20 days notice, hence only requesting 1 month and not 2 months of refund. I waited two weeks and called to follow up only to be told that there is no refund due to there not being a proof of payment in ticket and proof that device is faulty. You take money via debit order... and proof is lack of visibility of my vehicle which is why cancellation is requested!!! Keep in mind theres no communication from cartrack. I had to call to follow up. Nobody requested anything from me. On calling today I was met with understanding from 2 agents who were willing to assist however they kept passing me onto the next person to which the third person I spoke to was completely arrogant and honestly should not represent the company. A lack of understanding of the issue which I had to explain each time and for him to just keep pushing the 20 days notice and not listening to me as a customer (ex customer now) No wonder this company is losing clients as you sell the world to people but once units are installed you don't care about delivering a service which is your main priority. This is the worst tracking company I have ever had to deal with. Hire competent staff. You can keep the money I wanted a refund for. You have lost a customer and many more future customers. I will never recommend this company ever again!!! Dont bother trying to sell me any services you guys have as you are active in making sales calls.
A useless car tracking company which cannot track their own unit. I haven't received battery disconnect alerts/calls in a while over the past few months. My vehicle has gone in for repairs and once again no calls or alert on battery disconnect or low battery. This morning I called to test the unit as its showing the incorrect location since a few days ago and the emergency/test department cannot find the vehicle. Now they say the tracking unit is faulty and it must be booked in for repairs. Why did I not get alerted or called way before when the unit went offline ?? You're failing to do your 1 job which is to track. What would happen if my vehicle got ****** over the last month? You would have hid behind tc and cs and said unit must be tested and proved operational yet you fail to do even that.
Spent over an hour on phone today trying to get assistance with tow and claims. Claims department is difficult to get a hold on. I submitted a claim via the app. Received a call this afternoon from a person I could not hear at all. I think I made out that they will call back. No call back as yet.
I am getting weekly mails to review Eezi move when i have mailed and asked the company to stop contacting me. I once again need to state I will never use this business again as workers break items and support or so called customer services hide between terms and conditions and rudely end the conversation there. Its been 6 weeks since I've had an issue with one of their offerings with no feedback on the escalations to vodacom. When I initially took on the 5G package the lady mentioned I could get a refund if service rendered isnt satisfactory. I am stuck on less than 2MPbs on the voda 5G package with logged issues since the beginning. Support team is really useless and technical support have tried to assist but have failed as I am still sitting with no connectivity issue .I require a refund as I have been charged whilst I cannot make proper use of the service and using another provider for connectivity. Always promises of getting back to me but no service or calls with a resolution. The bare minimum i request is a cancellation of service and refund
I have received consistently poor internet connection for the past 5 weeks, and the lack of meaningful support or resolution from your technical team. Despite multiple attempts to get this matter addressed, the connection speed remains unacceptably slow and unreliable, severely impacting my ability to carry out both personal and professional activities. What is even more frustrating is that several support tickets I raised have been closed without any explanation or resolution. This gives the impression that the matter is being dismissed rather than resolved. To date, I have not received any clear updates, timelines, or real solutions. I expect better service from a company of Vodacom’s stature, and I am extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability and transparency in handling this issue. Please escalate this matter immediately and assign it to a technician who can investigate and resolve the underlying problem. I also request a formal explanation as to why tickets were closed prematurely. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will be forced to escalate the matter further through regulatory bodies and consider alternative service providers.
I no longer have an active service as my sim was disabled however funds have been going off my card . This is ***** by the company. almost 20 transactions
Reminder to myself to avoid at all costs. Never doing business with this company again.
