I ordered 2 beds from the bedzone on sat! I was promised delivery on Sunday. I got rid of my old bed only for them not to deliver the bed. Today I get a call that the bed would be delivered its 3pm the driver is only in braamfontein! After asking what time I can expect a delivery the driver gives me attitude
I have a loan with standard bank. I was retrenched last year and my insurance covered the loan for the last year (which was a nightmare to get done). the home loan department put my account on a payment holiday because they had no other way to stop the debit from going off on my bank account, today i called to enquire about my instalment after the interest rate has decreased my instalment increased, when i enquired why is that, i was transferred to 5 different people and was told that because i app**** for a payment holiday my instalment cannot be adjusted.
I bought a bed from the bed shop a year ago!!! The bed is sinking in the middle and makes a persons back sore!!! I contacted the online platform where I bought the bed from it took them a month to get me some assistance after I finally decided to pay a difference for them to come take the old one and give me a new one today they say I must pay a delivery fee which I feel is ridiculous!!!! I tried calling Antonie which I believe is the regional manager but his number has been off!!!
Showmax took my money and now I can’t log on I chatted to 3 different agents who said my account is not activated. It shows my email does already have an account but I can’t log in can I get my money back
I Have logged a claim with standard bank insurance on the 20 Feb the wind blew my roof off to date i have no feedback from them. I have made 5 calls to them i keep getting disconnected when i request to speak to a manager or the complaints department. An Assessor came out to the property and he advised that they do not make the roof i am insured for so what happens now??????

I have been trying to get a contract through game trade route mall for the past week. Everytime I go there they are offline and cannot help. The service in that place is pathetic wen u call the store they put you on hold and then cut the call
I am tired of telkom and it's collections department I keep getting harassed by their collections department. I called telkom they say my account is up to date but everyday I get a call to pay an account that they say is in arreas for 7 days!!!!!! I've had enough of these calls and my credit record has been updated with incorrect information fix it!!!!!!!!
I have been trying all day to communicate with Vodacom regarding a contract I closed in 2017 however it still reflects active on my credit record. I cannot seem to finish a conversation with any consultant without being cut off.... I cannot loadge a complaint becouse their platform is not user friendly at all.
I recently posted a review of how terrible the service at makro is its been a month since I logged the complaint and still nothing. The day I logged a complaint I got an email from Katlego Mokoatle which I responded with the email to log my service request. A few days later I get an email requesting the same info I took a screen dump and attached to the email and sent it again. This morning I get the same email requesting the same info.... Can someone assist me who can read or know how to use an email????? And another thing is when I initially logged the request online did I not submit a service request?????
