Had a bad experience on the 31st of August we went to Indaba for a friends birthday celebration. It was not our first time there, we decided to go back because of the great experience we had the first time. Our expectations were not met, the gowns were worn out, when the waitress brought the cake for the birthday girl , we saw a ****roach she had to go back to the kitchen and get another one. we wrote to them but they didn’t respond clearly they don’t care about their customers. The room didn’t smell fresh, it was nothing like the first time 😒
On the 3rd of August I was meant to leave Accra for South Africa Johannesburg at 22:00 but then the flight got moved to 23:45, which was fine, but when I got to the airport I couldn't board because they couldn't find my ticket on the system. They said my ticket was tempered with by the agent I used, which was eDreams This issue with the new booking tempered booking didn't allow me to board the flight. I was then told by eDreams that your Kenya airline is responsible for giving me a new booking. I pursued Kenya airways and they told me that Edreams was responsible. I have been going back and forth with this and edreams told to buy a new fight ticket and I will get refunded. The airport sent kenya airways an email while I was at the air in Accra but now according to edreams and Kenya Airways my refund was refused based on me not showing up at the airport and I did. I even have calls to all involved while thete at the Accra airport. If truly record calls as they claim they do, they should be able to trace me there. But instead they say, I should prove that I was there. Fortunately I took videos of being at the airport on that day and can prove it even though I feel it is ridiculous. They suddenly have no way of receiving that proof. I have been sent from Pillar to post only to be ****** off my refund. The airline said I must call my agent, which is edreams, I did and they kept insisting that all was well. I then called kenya airways and they refused to give me a ticket saying that edreams issued the wrong details after Kenya airways postponed to later time I was then stuck in a country that was foreign to me which was Ghana Accra with no means as I couldn't board my flight that night. None of the service providers had concerns of where I would sleep or eat while stuck in that situation. I was then told by eDreams that since they couldn't help, I should buy another ticket back and they will reimburse me as they see that the issue was not with me. However, they **** and changed the narrative after. When I called to lay fault in their findings, they told me that they don't care and they didn't take my money I told eDreams that I was going to expose their *****ulent ways and they said that they don't care, I can do whatever I like
On the 21st March 2024 it was my little sisters wedding at the venue, everything started off well , until we got to the food part😡😡😡I’ve never been so hurt. The food was so little , and the taste was disgusting! Chicken snitzel was so hard, the gravy was watery 😡everything was just a disaster😡. Dessert time , people were given a choice to chose between the wedding cake and dessert and that’s not what we agreed on, I’ve never seen such a horrible cheese cake in my life,it was even watery 😡 when I saw the bowls I knew something was not right they were too small, I know this because I also do catering and my sister wanted me to enjoy on that day because I cooked on her traditional wedding. My other little sister went to ask why are they not allowing people to have all 3 desserts , someone said they had a crisis ….. the juice was not refrigerated it was as if they didn’t know they had an event😡 😡😡 I’m hurt and very sad …
Had the worst service, whatever you do please don’t take the miway dent, tyre and rim cover🚮 I was covered for R5000 , the quotation I got was R6000, I was told I can’t top up

We reconnected our fibre in June,I've been chatting with their agents since the beginning of June ,I was told it takes 3-5 days to reconnect,it was escalated more than 3 times,I was then told the delay was on Vuma's side,how is that my problem cz I paid for a service,it's the 4th of July still no service!
I placed an order using voda bucks on the 3rd December 2020,order no 207182, I didn't receive my order ,my R159 gone! I want my money back ,I don't care about the 200 vodabucks that were deducted
I had a contact with Vodacom which was ending January 2020,i called in January I was told I was late to cancel I should have called in December, they will have to deduct for February I said to the consultant its okay, February installment was deducted, after 3 months or 5 I receive a letter that my account was in arrears, i didn't understand cause I had closed my account, I feel betrayed because I have been their client and always paid my account ,the consultant I spoke to didn't close my account now I'm being punished for their incompetence
