Unable to return item, being ignored like a taxi does a stop street.
I bought a radio that did not contain a remote and have been trying to return it since the 13'th of Jan.. No reply to any email, tickets logged nothing!!

Ignoring delivery date request.
Writes dates the company is closed on EVERY SIDE of the package. Confirm with driver picking up the package. No worries. Then tries to deliver on the exact date that the company is closed. I phone to reschedule for the Monday. Ignores that also and delivers to a closed office while package is being accepted by unknown person. Guess Xmas presents might be very late or not at all this year.

Unable to unsubscribe from rating emails.
When trying to unsubscribe from the emails prompting me to rate their products I just get taken to the page to rate their products. No option to actually unsubscribe. Pretty sure there is some consumer act not being followed here. And goes without saying I will not be rating any products again.

FNB home loans does not know their heir from their tail.
I spent 40min on 3 different calls trying to ask a simple question about the fnb report of a property I'm interested in. Not only did any of the 3 people I spoke to have no idea but they also do not seem capable of calling me back. Even after multiple promises. Sending a request via email was probably wishful thinking. The only response I got was Pearl Jacobs emailing me with an home loan application. If this is the kind of circus fnb is running then you my kindly place your home loan application where the sun does not shine.

Harassment!
Now this has gone to far. Besides the endless barrage of emails and smses I now... drum roll... GOT PHONED AT 04:30 IN THE MORNING!!! I removed my original good rating and now looking at filing a suit for harassment. I will never order from SmartBuyGlasses again and you can shove your discount where the sun don't shine! I don't have to reply to your request, no matter how many sms'es you send. ZA0665292422G

Covid booking system non existing.
Booked for a Covid booster on their website. Got the email. Got the SMS. Got the time. Got the reference. Arrived. They had no reference of anything, who I was nothing. Said I must go to Clicks.

Still waiting for MS office online
I signed up for an second fiber account. With this account I also selected the free option to have MS office online activated. I've phoned multiple times, line was dropped more than once. Transferred to multiple department. Multiple calls to be called back. I did however get a call from vox for satellites and my Iphone not working??? (I don't have an Iphone)
