Temu order paid for, customs paid, cleared customs. Left Joburg on 14 Oct - 23 Oct still lost. Cannot get sensible response from Fastway. Phone, WhatsApp & email no help.
Discovery manages my companies pension scheme. All emails just get autorespond telling me how important delivering a good service to me is. Then a further email telling me to send email to different address. No substantive response. Phone calls provide no useful information. No confidence they can manage investments. Stay away!
Called support line to check registered pets, and reset username. Kovilan Nagia gave excellent support, and resolved all problems in single phone call. Excellent service

Placed order online on 24 Nov. On 30 Nov I received an email stating "order delivered". There had been no delivery - somebody is here at all times. I responded by email. I also opened support ticket via the website. Tried to use the online chat, but received message "an error occurred". I called the support centre, and after very poor quality telephone line (sounds like faulty headset) - was told it would be delivered 'tomorrow'. I sent additional emails and updated the support ticket every day. Never any response. Webchat bot on the web site still not working. On third phone call (6th Dec) was told it would be 'delivered tomorrow'. Same problem with telephone line on each call - so a system problem for whole call centre.
