After a stressful year, not once have I had issues with Oneplan Pet. Best insurance ever. My recent incident was aging me by 10 years overnight. Thanks Kim Street for your prompt and caring service. This dog is my life. I really appreciate how quickly and efficiently everyone at Oneplan Pet work. Happy Client! Definitely recommend Oneplan Pet.
I purchased a Russell Hobbs Microwave on 27 June 2022. Since January 2023 this microwave has overheated twice. It's not even in every day use. I cook rice in it once or sometimes twice a week, boil pasta or potatoes for up to 12mins max and breakfast milk 30sec. It's standing at an open window where there is no sunlight. On the morning of the 8th of February, it wouldn't warm the half a cup of milk in the 30 sec. I put in a cup of cold water and it wasn't warming the water. I returned the microwave to GAME so it can be repaired or replaced. Apparently it takes 21 working days (a month) to have something fixed!! A month. So today 1st March only this guy from the repairs phones me and tells me there's nothing wrong with the microwave and microwaves aren't made for cooking. Can you believe this?!! Why does it have options for cooking built in if it was not made to do this? Oh and he heated a cup of water for one minute and tells me it's warm, not like it's supposed to, but there's nothing wrong with the microwave. I will NEVER purchase electronics from GAME ever again and I will NEVER recommend anyone ever to do so either. Waste of money!!
Really disappointing service, took out a loan R15k in 2020, paid a few installments, then unfortunately Covid hit me, couldn't pay back. Pulled my credit report and it had 3x Uloans on it, showing I owe them R40k+ altogether. Phoned them about this and they have 2 of the entries closed, I never had these loans, so it can't be closed, it mustn't even be there. Got statement last month showed with interest and fees for all this time I owe just over R13k. Gathered the money and phoned them today to get final settlement so I can get this off my name and suddenly I owe R17k. In about a month suddenly there was an additional R4k in fees. What fees? All the fees were on the statement last month, where does these come from? I don't have the additional R4k and i won't have it for a while. I am not paying R13k and then have a balance of R4k which end up in R8k in another month because I can't pay it. This is nonsense. Don't use them, they are quick to help you but look at the nonsense they do behind your back.
I've applied for this service and the installation took place. All good. Received my router, and it says Connected, but no internet. Therefore, cannot use my service. Contacted support, phoned and held on for over 11 minutes, nobody is answering or returning my call, send messages to support and just NO ONE will help me. It's the ****ing WORST customer service that I have ever received in my entire life. Now I have cancelled and they want me to pay for the next year, **** off, I will not pay you a cent, useless people.
Not even worth the 1 star!!! So I did a refund on Saturday and the manager Miriam was really arrogant that moneys needs to be refunded to my Capitec savings account. On Monday, yet no refund!! Phoned the accounts department, spoke to Gabiba (spelling). Firstly she can't find my refund, asked me 3 times if I'm sure of the amount - then has the really lame excuse, that she can't get through to Nedbank and I must phone Capitec - I work with Nedbank everyday at my work and I actually spoke to a consultant an half an hour before I called her - she is most definitely lying here, no ways will Capitec know whats going on if the money must first be released from Nedbank. Also, she's telling me this same thing Nedbank to Capitec refund happened on Saturday, so when I confronted her that this is a regular thing, she said No, this is the first time this happened - AGAIN LYING to my face. People, stay away from this place, they are only stealing your money.
I have paid my account, its actually in credit, i have phoned the call centre multiple times, set my usage limit over and over again, yet when i want to purchase data or airtime, it still shows R0 balance. Nobody is able to help me.
What a terrible disappointment Dischem has become. I always get my contraceptive from the Willowbridge branch, but lately they have this really miserable nurse who should have retired ages ago and every second month I have to see her to get 2 packets which is totally unnecessary and such an exploitation of me as a consumer. I have been using these (and similar) tablets for 19 years but I still have to go for "consultation" - or should I rather say, to pay for this tablets, because if I go to the clinic they give me 6 months for free. Now I have never had even the slightest history with any blood pressure, cholesterol, sugar or weight, but according to Dischem's miserable nurse, these tablets cost R120 a packet and I have to pay for the consultation. Firstly, to pay for something I can get free and secondly to pay for wasting my time on someone who is just plain rude and old and miserable!!! You can keep your tablets, I will rather visit a clinic and buy all my other monthly goodies elsewhere.
So on the 6th May 2019 I wrote a complaint about Multichoice and my subject was: Cancel My Service 31 May 2019 (see copy below) Yet, NOBODY contacted me, on 31st May 2019 I called just to confirm that they are cancelling my service and the call centre guy never accessed my account, NO he was too lazy, just referred me to another department and my call got cut. Now I actually took a screenshot of the 2 calls I made, yet when I called today, the call centre monkey tells me that I have NO PROOF that I called so it's my words against yours and that I am still liable for the moneys due!! I will take this further... Multichoice is just as corrupt as our ANC government and one of these days you will be in your moer. BEE here, BEE there, then in a few years, everyone is hungry and nobody got a jobs!! My previous complaint: I made payment on 1st of May 2019, but for some reason had the incorrect reference number saved on my bank account. I phoned them the evening of Wednesday 1 May and the customer care lady advised to send an e-mail to proof of payments. Well, they have allocated the payment 2 days later, but in the meantime, disconnected my services and only reconnected once payment was allocated. Now I have to pay R50 re-connection fee which I think is ridiculous. Every month my subscription cost a little more. At 31 May 2019, please cancel my DSTV services. I have full time internet and don't need Multichoice.
