Please note that I had a horrible experience of my time firstly food was very cold, Bubble picnic was in a middle of a sun very very hot and spa to be honestly I don’t think they know what they were doing they were walking around looking for products and waisted our time. Will never recommend for anyone Hell NO money down the drain.

Dstv customer service sucks they blocked my channels and i normally pay on the 27th monthl when i called they told me i must pay R20 which i did when i cal again they tell me **** what the hell is going ON.
i bought a trouser online and got an email that there is no stock i explained to them that its okay give me the other trouser but different color they said no i have to get my money back before i buy again how pathetic is that is that how they want to make money that's stupid okay i send my banking details to get my money back wow even now no money they tell me about back-lock idiots you must change your systems. I need my money back today in my account.
i went to visit my Dr and they said i did not have enough funds so i paid cash i called call center to query it they said i must activate my wallet with i did and email a claim to them to get my money back it was wednesday they said it will be paid tomorrow which is thursday even today after 7days no money paid back to my account. i called the lady answered the phone told me that i was supposed to send the claim to members' email address which i did on the 14 august to my surprise it will take another 2 to 7days to get my money this is unfair and i explained that i did last week Wednesday i asked to speak to a manager Marika van der merwe told me that i cant get the payment today it is impossible but explained that this was done the previous week she was very bad didn't even want to listen what i had to say.
I have been trying to cancel and close FNB account since 2018 and now I am nolonger using it Acc: ********** 5151 since last year my Revolving loan account: 4-000-050-130-458 has been debiting this account even since even if it is not active. My worry is that they always charging me Unpaid debit fee so now this account balance is way high. Please cancel and close both Accounts.
i have been complaining regard my already cancelled contract which telkom is keeping on billing me without explaining to me why they do that There is dispute made for this account seems like I have been ignore this account was cancelled in October and they have included December subscription so who can I speak to regarding this issue.
